Owen Wilson is listed twice, but no Luke Wilson, his brother.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
WTF is wrong with you???!!! Do you have kids? Know someone that died of cancer or some other horrible disease?

What exactly is the point of shitting all over this thread multiple times with hateful posts? I'd assume no one is forcing you to read this, so just keep your vile thoughts to yourself you POS.
I was just getting ready to post that.

What in the slippery hell?! How does a person downvote any of this?
Sending out some love and saying prayers to the Big Guy for you, your wife, and your baby girl.

I delivered my 2nd child at 30 weeks due to preeclampsia. Checked into the hospital with 212/120 bp that would not come down despite pushing various meds in my IV. My daughter weighed 2lbs. 12oz. and was 15-inches long at birth. She thankfully did not suffer many complications and was able to come home exactly one month after being born, and weighed only 3lbs. 14oz. I've never been so scared in my life and the feeling of coming home from the hospital without a baby was devastating and I cried a lot. Hug your wife tightly and tell her you love her and that everything will be OK. She will need that daily. You'll spend many days and nights in the NICU, but as another person said, just accept it as your new normal. And YES to Kangaroo Care, which is so beneficial to the baby.

My daughter is now 2 and in the 90th percentile for height and 60th for weight, and overall doing wonderful. Those little babies are stronger and tougher than you know... they called mine "feisty" and "spicy" while she was there, and she still is today. :-)

Wishing you and your family nothing but the best!

Testify! Thanks a bunch for the kind words and very glad you and your friends enjoyed your visit to our beautiful campus and the best college football environment there is on this planet. A rocking Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night with a ranked opponent and a chill in the air is not able to be topped!

Have been to OM many times and been treated awfully each time, completely unprovoked. "Don't act like an arse and you won't get treated like one" did not hold true for me or the small group I went with at all, on any visit.

My fave was the elderly man that called my friend and I "a bunch of pu$$ies." Or the fratbro that grabbed me by my collar and told me to shut up for daring to cheer a good play by the Tigers in a game where we were being crushed with no chance of winning. Or the gal wearing a rebel flag as a skirt that cursed us and slurred "LSU sucks, go to a real school" about 2 inches from my face.

They are white trash in white linen and although a spectacle, the whole scene is completely overrated. Their delusion about everything - history, tradition, winning, the "class" of their fanbase - knows no bounds. Will never go back to that hellhole.
@ WR - Hakeem Nicks or Dexter McCluster?

TIA
Was in Spain on a summer study abroad program through LSU. Called home to check in, and my Mom told me how they won. Started jumping up and down screaming, then ran into the bar to tell my classmates, who all started jumping up and down screaming and yelling "Geaux Tigers!" Got a lot of strange looks from the natives.

You just further proved my point, funky tide. You say your class isn't a myth, at least to non-conference fans. Well, we can say the same thing. You say "shite happens everywhere." OK, remember that next time LSU fans are called the worst in the SEC and whatever other derogatory names can be thought up....I'm sure you've taken part in the LSU-bashing too. shite does happen everywhere, INCLUDING bama, as witnessed by me personally.

So hearing year after year about how "classy" your fanbase is from YOUR OWN fanbase is nauseating. And a joke. I recently read a hilarious post on FB by a bama friend with comments from her friends talking about LSU and how they have "no sense of taste or propriety." I mean really.... you can't make this stuff up. All you can do is shake your head and laugh, especially when the updykes and brownings surface.
We have those EXACT same write-ups, Funky Tide. Key words "out of conference fans." Our SEC rivals love to demonize Tiger fans and call them trash, scum, coonasses, worst fans in the country, etc., but read what visiting non-conference fans have had to say about their trips to Baton Rouge and Tiger Stadium. Overwhelming majority is glowingly positive. Yet LSU does not have any Updykes and Brownings to boast of and get photographed with. Your class IS a myth, at least as far as believing you have more than any other school's fanbase. That's the rub.

I've been to tuscaloosa 5-6 times, and while I wouldn't categorize those trips as among the worst football roadtrips I've been on, I still got cursed at, had things thrown at me, had rammer jammer yelled in my face...
Just more debunking of the MYTH of "bama class" that you hear so much about during football season.
That was great.... very much enjoyed reading!

Yes to chairs, no to outside food and drinks. Although that night they weren't checking bags, and you could have snuck stuff in if you really wanted. Will probably be a little more strict next time I would think.

Yes, there is a separate charge to get into Club XLIV. I don't know what they'll be charging for the BCSNCG, but you can bet it will be a LOT. I think it was in the $250+ range for the Gleason Gras event they had a couple of weeks ago.
The whole square area is open, so there are lots of places to sit. I'm sure it will fill up quickly that day, so get out there early, bring your chairs, and mark your spot(s). You can also sit on steps that lead up to the Superdome entrance gates, although I'm not sure how comfortable it would be sitting there for 3-4 hours.

Watched the LSU-bama game in Champions Square and it was great. No, they don't charge admission. Lots of beer/cocktail stations, and they did 2-for-1 beer specials up until about 1/2 hour before kickoff. Multiple food vendors w/prices ranging in the $5-$10 range for each item. Family-friendly atmosphere, tons of LSU fans and not many gumps, but I would expect that to be different for the BCSNCG. Highly visible police presence, totally safe. Ignore the "kevlar" comment.

:geauxtigers:
Ryan Fitzpatrick at home vs. Titans
Matt Ryan at the Texans
Matt Hasselbeck at the Bills

Was leaning towards Ryan, but the projections are showing Hasselbeck as the better start.

TIA
