re: Prayer for my daughter

Prayers sent. What type of cancer? Lost a buddy in Baton Rouge 3 years ago yesterday to Ewing’s Sarcoma that started out similarly. That said, they are making tons of advancements in treatment every single year.

re: Golf has a numbers problem

My club in Sugar Land is at full golf capacity and it is hard as hell to even get a tee time before 2pm or so despite being a full member. The tee sheet opens at 7am on Mon/Tues for Sat/Sun and the morning slots are booked instantaneously with often times computer glitches that leave me without a tee time at all. Several of my buddies who are casual golfers at the club face the same issue. There are far too many members already and now they are renovating the course in rotating 9s over next two years.

In the rare event you get a time slot, it is slow as hell and sometimes a 5 hour round.

Golf is having a resurgence but it’s frustrating as hell in some ways to be quite honest.

Get the cinnamon and raisin bread and make buttered toast with it for breakfast with coffee. Loved it so much I had to cut back. If I recall, ingredients weren’t as wholesome as I initially thought and branding might suggest.
I lived in Houston for almost 10 years before moving out to Sugar Land 3 years ago and I only recognize half these names. Lots of good suggestions though. I now how 3 kids so can’t do date nights anymore but I’m jealous.

I’ve heard good things about Neo for Sushi but haven’t been myself.

Overlooked but always a good Italian meal is Giacomo’s on Westheimer.

The Bludorn restaurants are also good.

There is a Michelin sushi and steak spot across from Squable but haven’t been yet. For the record, I went to Squable when it first opened and I thought it was overhyped but that was just a work dinner.

Just too many to list. Houston has some heavy hitters for sure.

This is often demonstrated with Bananas and Avocados. If your avocado is not ripe, you can throw in a bag together to accelerate the process by a day or two.

Do you eat these River cats? I’ve always been told the ag runoff and general pollution levels in Mississippi are off the charts by time it gets this far south. Not sure I would eat them but sure would be fun to catch. I know you could catch them behind levee near LSU when water was high, they cruise the bank.
This is probably better idea instead of running through walls in my opinion.
You’ll need a mason to go through brick and studs, no?
No help but I’ll be watching this thread, I have a similar setup with meter on my back patio that drives me crazy. Trying to do screens as well.
I ordered a coffee at the LSU library while studying my junior year. Had $60 in my bank account that morning. Norton fricking Antivirus auto-drafted (this was 2009ish?) and wiped me out. My debit card was declined for a $2 coffee and had to leave the coffee on the counter. Didn’t have credit cards at that time.
Yea that guy looks like he was the coolest guy in his 8th grade class.
Go look at security bit sets on Amazon
Preach. I live in Sugar Lakes and know all too well about the property tax mafia.
I will never forgive myself for getting drunk and leaving the stadium early as a freshman.
I think it has auto shutoff if you crank too high too fast.

re: Advice on truck purchase

I got F150 last month with the 5.0 but that’s because it was cheapest. Fits 3 car seats in the back set and loving all the room coming from a 4Runner which was super reliable but cramped in comparison. I missed a truck bed more than anything else.
Best of both worlds is vneck undershirt

For the record, nobody should be going outside and then rewearing shirts. Especially during summer.
Sounds like a mental break. They need to get this guy help fast.
