Y'all should read Drug Dealer MD by Dr Anna Lembke she's an addiction medicine doctor at Stanford that has a lot of good information about this.

DMX in the Vegas airport bar waiting for a red eye flight back to MSY.
Just last Friday Rickie Fowler and Alison Stokke were flying out of MSY, she's just as hot in person. They were flying Southwest like the rest of us poor people.

2 part post:
Watching the games today and every team does this, why the hell is this not called more in college. It just happened in the Stanford/USC game and it's stupid this is not called more. NCAA needs to enforce this more cause it makes it very hard on the defense, but maybe they want more offense in the game. Thoughts?
Also did y'all see how Les was coaching Clemson right before their punter tried a fake punt, 3 false starts on one drive capped off by a failed fake punt. So undisciplined.

re: The beginning of the end was losing Chavis
Posted by tinoLSU on 11/22/15 at 2:02 pm
Plain and simple Chavis wanted more money, his defense was statistically ranked very high and he felt he should be compensated for that. I know 3rd and Chavis cost us some games, but the defense is what kept us in many games. Look how bad we lose when the defense can't keep us in the game.
What really irked him was the offensive coaches getting paid so much and they ranked near the bottom in the nation year after year.

The rooms at the Venetian/Palazzo are nice, good hotel location on the strip, the hotel pool is fairly cheap to rent a cabana($500 for the day) or you can rent a table at Tao Beachclub not sure the minimum there. The rooms are all suites and have 2 queens and a couch bed in most all of the rooms which you could split 3-4 ways depending on how tight of a sleeping arrangement you are looking for.
I agree that a cabana and pool party during the day and bottle service/VIP at night at clubs is the way to go. If you do not do VIP/bottle service at night, it is a long wait to get into the clubs with 10 dudes. Unless the group goes to the club right when it opens at like 1030 or so.
A pool that I like to go to is Bare Pool at the Mirage it is a more low key pool party with a DJ, not crazy like Rehab. It is topless/European style pool and the cabana minimum is like $1500.
Def go to Sapphire and Spearmint Rhino for scrip clubs.

What graduate program are you doing just curious? The medical complex in Shreveport is average, the hospital is very average and kind of old, but the research buildings are fairly new (10-15 years old) and nicer. The city of Shreveport is below average. Fun if you have a lot of other grad student classmates to hangout with. But if you don't know anyone or have other classmates to do stuff with, there is not much going on. The city lacks mid 20 year old professionals, so its hard to meet new people unless you are in class with them. I was there for 4 years of med school and had a blast. Went back to visit when a friend got married and it was very depressing. I have only visited Little Rock a few times and from the appearance of the city it seems to be a little more entertaining than Shreveport, but not by much. No way I would go to Memphis, that place makes New Orleans look clean.

I think the majority of the people that need insulin in the US are not born that way, but eat that way. No one is making them dependent on insulin, they did it to themselves.

Of course the family would blame LSU publicly it makes their son look better in the public eye. The father protecting his son and most likely lying to save face, any other ground breaking links available?
re: Do you think LSU would have scored a td if no pf was called?
Posted by tinoLSU on 11/13/14 at 10:58 am
No dude it was 2nd and goal from the 21 yard line, not 2nd and 10. The original line of scrimmage was established at the 6 yard line so the ability to get another 1st down wasn't possible.

You are dumb or you didn't watch the game and are just commenting to comment. LSU was setting up for the field goal once they were already pushed back. The RB's were not gonna fight for tons of yards risking a fumble. And the -2 yard play was the QB sneaking to setup the correct hash. I think we would have scored a TD, about 90% sure. LF was averaging 3.8 yards per carry in the game. But we will never know cause the REC made a phone call to ensure that LSU was only going to kick a field goal and not have a chance to score a touchdown.
re: Amari Cooper vs LSU secondary
Posted by tinoLSU on 11/12/14 at 2:23 pm
I was shocked at how many passes he dropped in such a big game. A true badass wouldn't drop that many passes in such a big game. And for the record he had a good 1st half not a full night, cause he really didn't do anything worth talking about in the 2nd half. 10.4 YPC average does not equal badass against such a terrible secondary as LSU's just saying. When ya'll actually had to play someone worth a shite he got the droppsies...its real easy to pad stats against inferior talent week-in and week-out.

re: Does anyone on here think Officiating in SEC is good?
Posted by tinoLSU on 11/11/14 at 11:34 am
Because Fournette was averaging 3.8 yards a carry in the game and it would be a safe assumption to think he could get 5 yards in at least 2 plays, possibly 3 if we went for it on a hypothetical 4th and 1 and not kicked the field goal.
But I think what the Gumps are ignoring is the fact that there was a total of 5 penalties called all game (3 on Bama and 2 on LSU) and 3 of those 5 occurred in the last minute of the game and in overtime. One of the 3 was a false start on Bama in OT so the refs could not control that, but the PF on both teams was BS. Seems like really bad timing to start throwing out flags for both teams, that should have occurred much earlier in the game instead of the last 1:13 of regulation and OT.

Bama fans are the only fans in the world that link the success of their football team and self respect together...After that 50 yard comment I need a good cry and self analysis of my current situation in life, thank you.
re: American public and diet- uninformed, dumb, or don't care?
Posted by tinoLSU on 10/7/14 at 3:17 pm
Its the culture of the country (quick and easy) and we do have a lot of dumb and poor people that live in America. If you don't get educated you won't get a good paying job and you will be poor. What do poor people eat, cheap fast food cause that is all they can afford.
This country as a whole would be much better off if we concentrated on education more, but the democrats certainly do not win elections with smart educated people So just keep paying the blissfully ignorant with mailbox money in exchange for a vote so everyone's health goes to shite. Seems like a great plan.
The answer to your original question, its all of the above (uninformed, dumb and don't care).

I went last week for the Auburn/K State game and got pretty good service and the food was better than what Urban Spoon rated them at.

They also just built The Westin right by the Sheraton if you are looking for a nicer newer hotel, but The Sheraton and A Loft and The Westin are all gonna be decent.
Both Soho and Downtown have places to eat and drink in the early evening that are walking distance.
Near the Sheraton (walking distance) is a new area called Uptown (where the Westin is located) with 5 restaurants in it. Southern Kitchen, Texas De Brazil, Mugshots, Cantina Laredo, and Tood English Pub.
Soho has a few restaurants also Do Di Yo's, Jacksons (the worst do not go here!!), Jensei, Dave's Pizza, Urban Cookhouse and 2-3 bars in walking distance of the A Loft, PT's(sports bar), Red Lion Lounge(local/older crowd dive bar), and Oak Hill(older crowd/cougar bar).
No matter where you stay, you will need to cab it if you are looking to stay out late and drink at a bar.

re: How was your Houston experience?

Stayed at the Hyatt downtown, hotel was great except for them kicking everyone out of the lobby at 145 and picking up drinks that we had paid for. It's bs that if you still had booze they took it away from you sitting in the lobby. The waitress told me we could go up to the room and finish our drinks there, but not in the lobby. Lame TX booze laws I guess.

So I have been to every SEC stadium and what's funny is the only time I have ever had a fan altercation was at JHS by an Auburn fan (female). It was the year cammy cam went in dry on our defense,
