No they are both good. The relationship between Katniss and Peeta is essential to the plot.

Thanks. I'll give em a try.

Still hoping for Lord Of The Flies meets Running Man though.

In addition, the books did have "lovey dovey" qualities.

I've only read the first book. Without spoiling it for others who may not have read it yet, I felt that any romantic elements fit within the context of survival. I didn't find any of it to be over the top.

Are the other two books worse?

Pan's Labyrinth
The Deer Hunter
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

These three are must-sees.

Casablanca
Citizen Kane
Bonny and Clyde
Great Expectations (1946)
Breakfast at Tiffany's
Vertigo

These I've never seen or just don't remember.

Memento
Tootsie
Iron Man
Iron Man 2
The Graduate
American Graffiti

These last six--average.

Hunger Games Movie Due Out In March

Pretty good book with the potential to be a great movie.

But we're living in strange times now. And I just saw the trailer for it.

So instead of being treated to a film with elements from A Boy And His Dog, The Road Warrior, The Book Of Eli, Equilibrium, and The Running Man-------

I'm afraid it'll be more like a combination of Twilight and whatever other crappy, sissified movie teenage girls cry themselves to sleep over these days.

Based on the trailer, they're going to take a story set in the context of a futuristic dystopian society and still find a way to make it lovey dovey, bubble gum crap.
To hell with this pro bowl.
I loved Chronicles of Riddick. I've been wondering why no sequel also.
This should not surprise anyone in the least. She looks like the typical opportunist to me.

She probably had an agenda(s) before she even met LC. It's nothing new.

There are many girls who are raised/groomed/hired to hook up with talented young athletes and use/manipulate them.

Normally it wouldn't be. But it will take time to get the players needed to run whatever system the new Def coord puts in. These DB's were brought in to play man coverage and the D Linemen do not get penetration into the backfield.

How long will it take to draft players to fit the new mold?

How much longer does Drew have?

The shite that happened yesterday is sickening.
The Saints organization and fans are stuck the steaming pile of shite Williams left in the driveway. While he just moves on to make millions somewhere else with his smoke and mirrors bullshite.
Once he leaves his sorry arse up outta here, then we will have to completely revamp this defense...which means we will also need to retool this defense.

Because they have all of these DB's and no pass rushers that create pressure on opposing QB's--the Saints will need to attain several new players under a new def coord.

How many years will that take?

The Saints putting all their eggs in Williams' basket when they had an offense to rival any other is just painful to think about.

We lost to an inferior team yesterday and it's quite possible that either NY or SF, both of which are inferior to the Saints, may be playing in the Super Bowl. :banghead:

All because of Gregg Williams and his stupidity.

You are wrong.

Gregg Williams sold this team out.

If you don't agree with that, then frick you too.

What NFL caliber Def Coordinator

allows his defense to get schooled by one man--a tight end no less?

That dude needs his head handed to him.

Please get him the frick out of New Orleans.
right here in good old New Orleans.

No fricking excuses for the bullshite that just transpired.

If the 49ers can move the ball on us that easily, then what could Green Bay have done?

But I guess stupid arse Williams wouldn't blitz Aaron Rogers with 40 seconds left in the fricking game.

Or maybe the idiot would.
Is anybody gonna pony up 200 grand to send his arse packing?
