I’ve thought about using an old fridge with freezer on top turned upside down. Then adding a hot plate or fire box in the freezer part. Just an idea.

Only way this ends is to form a flotilla at Empire and block the boats from going out.

I went to Emerils a little over a year ago and went to LeBernardin this spring. The wife and I both agreed that Emerils was just as good.

Best places I’ve found in the NOLA area have been Vietnamese shops n the east. No veal bones but beef bones at reasonable prices. Not sure about BR. Maybe try to get with a local restaurant??

I use Paul Prudhommes Magic blends. Buy them on Amazon in a big container for much much cheaper than a store.

Move furniture to o one side of room. Cut carpet down the middle and remove 1/2, move stuff to the now carpet free section and repeat.
I’ll show you mine if you show me yours.
