Is Rolex the only watch that appreciates over time?
I bought three Stradics last year for about 145 each. Great deals, fast shipping.
Try this one when you’re really bored and have nothing to do.

Galatoire’s by a mile for the atmosphere alone.
Not to mention all of those chevron and Texaco and Exxon stations are almost all franchises.
Why do people always complain about gas prices? The profits from O&G are tiny compared to Meta, apple , etc. No one complains about a thousand dollar phone

His recovery is truly amazing. Guy could not walk and in less than a year was running.
How arrogant to think you know better than Jefferson and Adams and Franklin who spent their whole lives thinking and debating these concepts.

We are the united states, as in a bunch of states that are united, not a centralized democracy.
Was fishing just north of Grand Isle last Saturday. Jumped in to cool off at some point. The difference in temp between the top two feet and then going down to about four feet was astonishing. At least 15 degree difference
About 25 years ago I had around 90 yards all over the southshore. Hardest thing for me was crappy workers.

How many people? If more than four or so, I would look into the headboat that leaves out of Wakeside Marina. I’m sure someone will chime in with the name of the boat.

I buy the point that a real, prolonged closing of the strait would cause prices to rise, but $180 seems crazy far-fetched. That's just about double today's prices.

That’s just the paper price. Physical prices have been much higher than paper. Closer to $130-150 in some places. So $180 isn’t that far fetched.
