Grilled Mahi
Baja sauce- crema, plum vinegar, chili & cumin, cayenne, and diced japs
Garnish was purple cabbage, juliened yellow peppers and diced mango

The Baja style usually comes with a white, creamy sauce on top.
The fish tacos at Dingos had a creamy mango sauce.
I am looking to combine the two, probably just some diced mangoes w/ the avocadoes, serranos, red onion, and purple cabbage. Throw a dollop of crema (mixed with taco seasoning) and be good to go I guess.

Johnson is a much better prospect than Faulk, IMO.

People should not sleep on Michael Ford.
He's a better every down back than any back on our recruiting board right now. MF is going to be a big time producer at LSU. He's a grinder with juke and speed.

Maybe we only take one back this year: Lache, Storm gets bussed for being vocal, and Blue is placed in Hargrave and comes in as a big back in two years.
