I don't think I was in a Z2 for this run, but I am just starting to train. Especially at the end mile 7.5 it was tough.

Thur- 4.85m/135 avg HR/14.20 avg pace (treadmill)
Sat-9.02m/139 avg HR/12.43 agg pace (treadmill d/t rain)
Goal is the Cowton 1/2 Marathon in Feb.

We finished the last night and when I saw that, I told my wife the exact same thing. The would probably be free not if she let them attorneys do their job.
Also, I surprised that no one mapped out the route from her house to the victims house an back. What would that that be in both time and gas with her car. Could she have filled up the day before, plus the extra tanks driven there, and back? Surely you could have then also checked bank statements for the days after to see if she filled up again? Or searched nearby gas stations to see if she was on tape filling up again.
Finally a nice Friday night that isn't over 98 degrees. Enjoying this one after a rough and long week.

Multiple players have stated that no will be "kicked off" the team to make room for these players.
Also, this is a one off for a few 100 players maybe. Moving forward you have 5 yrs to play and there are no more medical redshirt/hardships if you get hurt or have a "cold" and have to sit out. The NCAA knew this would happen and thought it would help them pass the save sports act that's why they didn't grant a one time exception for these players.

Well hell looks like I am going to have to buy another box. I bought the one for the 2025 Baseball Natty and I really do enjoy this brand.

The LSU Alumni group has a watch party at Walk-On's in Grandscape. There is also Cosm which will be showing the game.

Heading down to Buenos Aires and then to Cordoba to dove hunt for 3 day and then back for a few days. What are some can't miss things? Is there a certain area that is better to stay in?

This was who we used to snorkel. We did part of the road to Hana, but didn't get that far. We rented a jeep while we there. We also went to The Surfing Goat and Ocean Vodka Organic Farm and Distillery. Alos, the Maui Cookie Lady had a bunch of great options.
Humuhumunukunukuapua?a was also great. Enjoy your trip.
