Most locals don’t even go there anymore, we have an equal less trashy spot.
Last time I was there a pontoon driven by someone who has probably never driven a boat ran directly into a 48’ Tiara. The boat owner calmly called okaloosa police, not so sure I would have handled it that well.

CPA w/masters in tax. Worked for Big 4, then a fortune 500, then went out on my own. I only work about 20 hours a week outside of the busy season. 600k+ at this point in my carear. Industry is changing due to AI. More of a push to "Advisory" which is a joke considering I've been advising for 20 years now.

UCF & USF have all benefited from the population boom of central and south Florida. They all now have legit ties into well paying Florida industries that some would say exceed many SEC opportunities. Pretty sure their acceptance rates are lower than LSU and they still require an ACT/SAT score.
