always do minimum effective dosing and ride that dose for as long as you can before increasing

None. I went all the way up to 3mg with no side effects and have hit my goals and have now come back down to 2mg. I think I’ll end up staying around 1mg

How are yall sleeping on reta?

Was waking up a couple times per week at first but adding magnesium supplements and have been sleeping great
Reta, got me down the last 15 pounds that I’ve been trying to lose for a while now. Then paired Mots C and I’m in the best shape of my life at 41
I’m in the market for an overly tricked out .22 as well
A guy I went to LSU with does personal training for young athletes on the northshore, hes also a coach at Lake Castle. Look up No.2 Sports Performance on facebook.

Good Luck to your son!
Just hit 2,000 for the month. Trying for 5,000
But they also make their money on the transactions and management fees and put very little of their own actual money in the deal. Josh Turner still made money on that Houston deal even though his investors lost $400M

Yep. It's a ticking time bomb I can't wait for that mini storage dude, Nick Huber, to STFU

I feel bad for the normal people that put their money into this, but most of these social media guys who spew complete arrogant bullshite completely deserve this.
Was in summer conditioning prior to the season by 120 yards of up downs / burpees with broad jump forward.

Not sure I would want to go through flying into another island like St Thomas & having to boat to this island with all my luggage as that would be a lot of work & time.

Fly into Tortola, take 20 minute ferry to Jost. I've never stayed on the island just been a few times on a catamaran.

Did you see a loss of motivation early on with Reta? I know that’s been a complaint but the first generations GLPs - basically that while it’s killing your food drive it kills other drives as well.

I haven’t experienced this at all except with booze. I have no real desire to have more than 1 drink in a social setting. I’ve been at the beach all week and I find myself drinking water. I can’t tell if that’s the peptide or just that I’m hyper focused on what I’m consuming, or both.

what type of protocol are you using for this? Do you feel any different when using it?

Tomorrow starts my third week on MOTS. I’m taking 3.33 mg per day on MWF.

It might just be in my head, but I feel like my workouts are great on those days and my energy and stamina levels are the highest they have been.

I’ve been on Reta for 8 weeks now, up to 3mg on Wednesdays and don’t see myself going up anymore. Did 6 weeks of GLOW, taking 2 weeks off and starting KLOW next week. Im 6’3, body composition has completely changed, started at 245 and now at 218

10mg of Reta

That is stout. How is it going at 10? I'm at 3mg and don't see the need to go any higher.

Stacking Klow and Mots C with it.

Colorado is also probably the best road trip vacation state we have. Next month we are flying in/out of Denver and going to Dillon, Vail, Glenwood Springs, crested butte and Buena vista. An easy loop with something different at every stop.

Last summer we did 32 days. Denver > BV > Durango > Ouray > Aspen

If Ouray is good, then go out of your way to make a visit there.
Hiking the perimeter trail is great, two awesome waterfalls to see. The town is small, and you can walk everywhere. The pool on the north end of the town is heated with natural spring water. There's mines you can tour. The jeep tour up the mountain towards Telluride is breathtaking.

All of this. Ouray is so special. The fires did not effect the town, but they are hurting because tourism took a huge hit.

Did the perimeter trail last year and a guy lost his balance and fell about 150 feet. We walked up a few minutes after and his girlfriend flagged us down. I had to call and send in our coordinates to mountain rescue and they arrived within 45 minutes. Seeing them run up the mountain with all their gear was so impressive. The guy was heli-vaced to the hospital in Montrose.
