Looking to get my 8 year old an electric go kart or ATV for Christmas. Needs to be electric because the place we go often visit requires electric vehicles around the lakes. Wish that wasn’t the case, but it is what it is. Any suggestions?

I bought 3 of them when they did this sale in the spring. You can not beat these for under $40

Last night my four year wanted to cook "pasta" all by himself.

He took a bowl, filled it with cheerios.
Had me cut up hot dogs and put on top of cheerios.
He then tore up sliced american cheese put on top.

That was his pasta and he loved it. Whatever works.
Why would people not enjoy a free lunch? If your employees are not miserable at their job this should be a slight morale boost to disconnect for a few minutes with your coworkers. If you are negative on getting a free slice of pizza, then you should look for another job.

Would you rather everyone get a $3.50 bonus instead?

Just got my results back. 40 years old, wife and I trying to have our third child so TRT out at the moment. Feeling great, just wanted to see where I am at.

Testosterone - 615 ng/dL
Free Test - 7.9 pg/mL
DHEA-Sulfate - 61.8 ug/dL

Recommended treatment plan
Testosterone CYP 60 mg SQ 2x/weekly
NAD+ 100mg/ml injection 50 mg 2x/weekly
DHEA 10mg by mouth over the counter daily

Is this Big Bay Lake in Hattiesburg?

I looked at a place in there in ‘21 and was real close to making an offer.

Physician recommended donating blood regularly.

Is this normal when getting testosterone? I am currently waiting for my results to come back.

I did yearly bloodwork this past spring and everything came back normal except something called Ferritin. Short story is that its high iron levels. It was 5 times the normal range and their fix was me giving blood. Each time I gave blood my level was almost cut in half. Doctor said not to change anything and its just something I may have to due once or twice per year.

I would say GW Fins has been the most consistent restaurant in the city the last twenty years or so.

Just recently came across this thread, have an appointment at Rejuvime tomorrow for bloodwork.
This is such a bad take. Most men and women that are professionally driven have no interest in getting married before 30.

Rucking is the best, because you can make yourself overcome suffering for long periods of time

Agreed. I can put a podcast or music on and just zone out for an hour and before I know it I am 4 miles in and soaking wet. The low impact has helped me tremendously because I hate running and always had little injuries.

I’ve been doing 4.5 mile walks in the evening with an old camping backpack stuffed with 50lbs of weights I’ve had since 95. With that and a mostly carnivore diet, I’ve dropped 18lbs since July. Ideally I want to start to do early mornings as well before I leave for work

I’ve been more “animal based” than strict carnivore for the last two and half years, I dropped 30 pounds and kind of plateaued for a while. Started rucking 4 months ago averaging 20 miles per week with 2-3 days of HIIT workouts per week. I’ve dropped another 30 pounds and now down to 210, lightest I’ve been since junior year of high school and playing ball.

I started rucking with a 5.11 tactical bag and recently upgraded to the Rucker 4.0, it’s made a huge difference. Now consistently doing 4 miles at a 14 minute pace with 55#.

I underestimated this one with a two year old at home. Only time in my life I’ve been in the eye and got both eye walls in Metairie.
