Pick your poison.
We have used these to break open countless criminal cases that have led to the identity, apprehension, and conviction of countless violent criminals. Robbers, rapist, murderers, child predators, the list is endless.
No one cares about you or your vehicles location if you are not the target.
But I get it, muh privacy. Unless you decide to cut a little fat off the United States Constitution, we need every public advantage and resource we can get.
Your move.

re: When you graduated HS did you go with your parents on a “ Senior Trip”?
Posted by The People on 6/7/26 at 9:19 am to BowDownToLSU
No.
My parents didn’t need to turn the accomplishment of feeding me, clothing me, and getting me to school for 12 years as victory lap for themselves.
My FB feed is full of helicopter parents taking their kids on their Senior trips with large groups of their kids friends.
It’s cringey, but to each their own.
I paid for my own trip to Cancun. I survived.

I stop at 40 reps with body weight. Second set I use two plates with a belt for 20 reps.
Dips are the squats of upper body. This is one of the many reasons gymnasts have jacked shoulders.

I can’t decide if this is more fatigue or more privilege. Let’s just settle with a tie for both.

I don’t listen to criticism from people I would never ask for advice.
I hope they enjoy aging as much as I have. I haven’t peaked yet at 44 years old.
Everyone has the life they are willing to tolerate. I won’t apologize for mine always improving.

there are so many people on the OT that are so concerned about others. how they spend their money, what sports they allow their kids to play, what schools they go to, what major their kids decide to go into, how they exercise, what medicine they take, how they eat, etc.......it really is sad. the ot has become a fricking hollowed out version of what it once was.
Massive insecurities hidden by the veils of anonymity.
People love to discount the sheer amount of time, effort, discipline, and grit that goes into being jacked. It's almost as if they are afraid to believe someone was willing to trade their time, diet, and lifestyle to achieve something they always wanted but never had the discipline to pursue consistently. You get used to it after a while.

re: DWI checkpoint on Perkins and Quail in Baton Rouge. You boys beware.
Posted by The People on 5/23/26 at 6:32 am to Motorboat
Check points serve as a long term deterrent, but are massively ineffective compared to saturated patrols.
No one enjoys working them, you are putting all your eggs in one basket/location and you have to spend most of your time screening vehicles/drivers you would have never chosen to stop.
Federal grants often require departments to work a certain number of checkpoints (to create the long term deterrent) in order to secure funding for additional saturated patrols.
Driving impaired is inexcusable in modern day America. There are simply too many options available to avoid it if you insist on binging on poison.

Nearly everyone in this country will be on this drug or something similar in the next 5 years. This is the revolution in modern medicine that the undisciplined have been waiting for.

All these kids looking for a cheat code or short cut in the gym are going to be sadly disappointed. Tik tok has every teenager thinking they are going become the next Jay Cutler from influencers hustling them to try peptides and performance enhancing supplements.
Becoming jacked is a lifestyle that takes years of consistency, effort, dieting, and discipline.
The short answer to your question is an obvious no, due large in part to his age, based on a presumption that he is a teen.

This is what prioritizing public safety looks like.
Government exists to protect its citizens, and confronting rising criminal behavior requires more officers and stronger support. Unless you live under a rock, you know there is a need for far more police officers in the killing fields of Baton Rouge.
Paying police a fair living wage honors those who stayed the course and ensures we can recruit the next generation willing to serve.

I can solve this problem over night.
Immediately amend the penalty for resisting an officer (lawful orders). The revised statute should allow an offender to be booked without bond, followed by a bench trial the next day solely to determine guilt or innocence on the resisting charge. Upon conviction, the offender would serve a mandatory minimum sentence of six months in jail without eligibility for suspension, parole, or good-time reductions.
The problem is this will never happen because there is a certain class of politicians that build their power on continuing to stoke the flames of long passed oppression and racism.

We are all shaped by our childhood, either by the stability we were given or the trauma we had to survive. Some carry heavier burdens, and those burdens don’t just disappear with age.
Gary’s upbringing was far different from ours. He lost his mother to suicide, his father wasn’t present, and he was raised by his grandparents. That kind of instability leaves lasting marks.
While hardship can explain behavior, it does not excuse becoming an angry, entitled, and constantly confrontational adult who refuses to grow, work, and function alongside others. At some point, personal responsibility has to take over.
Gary is nothing more than an angry child who never got answers. The sooner we ignore him, the sooner he can finally face his own insecurities and grow up.
Until then Gary and his followers will always be the victim, never the villain. Always offended, never ashamed. You know the type.
