Look, at the end of the day you place a reasonable person in that situation. You have second to decide.

It is reasonable to fear for your safety when you have a 4000 pound weapon headed towards you.

The truth is the shooting is reasonable and a justified use of force.

Is it the best outcome? No. The best would've been he dodged quicker, he missed her, or, and i know this is a cray idea, she didn't hit an agent with her SUV.

But what the agent did was a reasonable and easily justified shooting. End of story. It was easy to tell yesterday. It is easy to tell today.

We have seen ice make many arrests outside of their facilities.

I believe that custom and border patrol tactical unit was the one that killed the Uvalde school shooter.

There are many instances of them making arrests. This was simply wishful thinking by the left that was, as is many of their points, totally incorrect.

Whether it be ice, dea, atf, cbp, or any other domestic federal police force, they can i would suspect all make arrests outside of their names area of function.

There may be exceptions to that rule, but to think ice couldn't arrest someone for obstruction because they were a citizen is lunacy.

But that describes the American left these days...

Actions are what matter. The agent accelerated enough to spin the tires while the car was pointed directly at the ice agent. He didn't know she was turning the wheel.

But when people say this was a justified shooting, I say 100 percent. The agent did nothing wrong.

Do I feel sorry for the lady? I mean honestly she is the one who put herself in that position. She drove into an ice agent. So I feel sad that she lost her life but it is tempered by my believe that her actions justified that outcome.

I do feel sorry for her family and her kids. They will grow up with a feeling of loss. I do feel sorry for her in a different manner. I feel she was a stupid casualty that can be blamed directly on the inflammatory rhetoric of three left and the media. But again tempered by the fact that she was stupid enough to believe it.

I feel horrible for the ice agent. He killed someone and will have to live with that forever. That is a burden no one should wish on any decent person. The fact that there are all these quotations are even worse for the agent. Thankfully trump came out in support of the agent immediately so he doesn't have to worry about being given up to the liberal hate machine like Chauvin was.

The situation sucks. Sometimes they do. Sometimes you do everything correctly and since there were no good outcomes, you still get a bad outcome.

At this point I honestly would be happy if we were able to stop half of the waste.
