this is probably true, but I am 5 years into owning a beach condo, a lake house, and a mountain cabin. We have updated them and found a good team to make the machine well-oiled at each place. When an appliance goes out it is extremely stressful, but ultimately my plan is to cut back on the rentals when I pay off my primary in 11 years and retire to my 3 vacation homes. That said I bought in 2021 when prices were low and rates were really low.
In a tourist destination not tough at all. Might have to go through a few to get a good one though
He failed as a parent. Moving does not undo the horrible damage you did by being a piece of shite father
It is ok to be opposed to the visa system without making a headline so idiotic. It is ok to hate Ben Shapiro. But you look like a fool with such a headline if you actually watched the video.
No joke, check seasonal temps…
It gets really hot there from June through August

Have you seen this jeopardy skit?

I am a physician, albeit not primary care...

Remember the pillars of health (Peter Attia is big into these):
Strength training.
Endurance training.
Diet (honestly, just being mindful of overeating is a start, particularly regarding sugar and alcohol intake...with eliminating more processed foods the next step).
Sleep.

You can then start throwing in more nuanced pieces like HIIT among other things

But remember, that study was observational, which means we can find interesting pieces to grow on and study further. I have zero desire to be on any meds, and I am not on any (because other than sleep, I am good at following the pillars of health). And I am disgusted by big pharma and medical synergy.

But remember, it is tough to compare our typical American obese patient to a 100 year old Swede. It seems SOME folks want to conclude that it is the higher cholesterol that led to the longevity. Or that high cholesterol is indeed good for you. I highly doubt that is the case. To be specific, I doubt that there is a linear relationship between increasing cholesterol levels and increased longevity (meaning the higher the cholesterol does not equal increasing lifespan). Maybe the goal should be to be healthy and not on cholesterol meds and not conclude that high cholesterol is good.

True. But this is next level
It is not tearing us apart. But it is an issue
I was also annoyed this summer when one of my rentals with a smart thermostat was auto set by the power company for a heat wave (I was there)

But maybe we need those for section 8 housing. Set at 74 year round.
If I am looking for tickets, and I get a better deal on one (specifically World Cup tickets), do I just go with the best deal? Are there any better guarantees for getting your tickets (as in you get what you pay for) on one site versus another?

Thanks for helping an old man out
I dont have kids with allergies, but I can go without nuts on my flight without a care

I mean it was $148 billion in 2017, so probably closer to $200 billion today
Lol you are a man who takes the same positions as nutty liberal white women
This is so true. I was actually thinking about TDS the other day, and how this isnt actually new. These are deranged people with deranged ideas, but it is only now they can target their derangement at one person.
