We use the MedaCube for my mother-in-law, and it seems to work well. It can handle lots of different medicines, and complex schedules. It has an audible notification. so she never misses a dose. It also sends emails to the caregiver if dosage is missed, or when a particular medicine is running low. The only con I can think of is cost.
