A noisy hot wheels track is over the top.
Generally, as much as they need to keep them occupied and quiet. We sit in the back pew with our 4 year old and newborn to limit distractions for others and that way we have a quick get away route if things start going south.

Not in Monaco where there are very few overtakes outside the first lap. Quali essentially determines the race.
