Vital is an ultra elite athlete. I’ve been coaching for almost 30 years and I can tell you his balance and agility and anticipation is off the charts. I think LSU needs to open up his recruitment again and do everything they can to get him in Baton Rouge.

I’ve been a scratch golfer now for about 20 years. Probably the most underrated part of golf is the grip, when I play with someone for the first time, I can look at their grip and tell if they are a good golfer. Watch videos on how to grip the club, if your grip is bad, nothing else really matters

Congratulations! Golf is a lifetime sport. My grandfather started playing when he was 62. When he was in his early 70s he would shoot his age every now and then! Make sure you get your grip correct, grip the clubs in your fingers, not your palm, the way you grip it is very important
