Of course he does, Mickey hired Sean Payton and signed Drew Brees, drafted Reggie Bush, Cam Jordan and Marcus Colston etc. Won the Superbowl. Also some bad, hired Dennis Allen as head coach and drafted stephon Anthony and penning in the first round. Maybe he's righted the ship with KM and Shough. Time will tell but watching these young players preform is encouraging
