He's good, runs good routes, MAYBE it's just that Giles doesn't have the top end speed for separation.
Offense is still a work in progress, it's the defense that is the head scratcher. we have superior talent at all 3 levels, DL-LBs-DBs and as a whole the defense is more talented than our offense and how we let Tech come in here and score 3 TDs, mainly when we had a 3 score lead and could turn the dogs loose is still hard to believe. But this team is not satisfied like Devin White said and I believe we will continue to improve in every phase.

TigerRee - enjoy your photos
Jefferson and Giles are really good receivers and run good routes but neither has great speed. Giles nor Jefferson would have taken the ball to the house on the Dillon TD against Auburn. That was the roughest thing about losing Drake, SPEED.
OMG- this is as bad as when Saban moved M Spears from TE to DE. lol I'm sorry but these are 2 great moves by the LSU coaching staff. And by the way, Spears was rated the #1 TE in the nation coming out of High School, you have to do what is in the best interest of your team.

There's a place for politics this is not it!!! TD should kick the arse holes that can't even discuss LSU football without bringing fricking politics into it off this site and ban their political asses.
yep 8 in the box, run left, run right, toss dive then punt ! get a field goal and try to hold on to the 3 point lead and start killing the clock. we may have scored 10 on this Miami defense with CLM
Jeaux Jeaux - LOVE IT
re: Does anyone genuinely believe that Les Miles should still be our head coach?

HELL NO !!! Those days of having an offense ranked 106th in the nation in passing,74th in punting,82nd in kick off returns,106th in penalties, 63rd in 3rd down conversions,66th in first downs AND still win 8-10 games a year or over.
MJ how old are you ? Are you just young or are you mentally disable or are you middle age and hates everything and wants the world to be as miserable as you are? Are do you just hate the LSU coaches that much mainly O who you have never met or know? We got it,WE GET IT !! LSU sucks, O is an idiot, the program is headed and is going to fall off the cliff. BUT there are some people that just want to learn something new about players and starters ECT. We hear you MJ spew the same hatred and venom daily do you think someone missed one of your attacks on the LSU program.
O is plenty smart enough and smarter than MJ will ever be. 2nd- We haven't had an OC in 9 years so having a problem with the current OC is no big deal

Then I guess you need to ask Nick Saban!

Reason 1 - NICK SABAN WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ED ENSMINGER ! Tommy Tuberville told the Sec Country in an interview, he is exactly what Nick would look for, It ain't about the offense you run, it's about getting the most out of the players you have, I'm excited for LSU. He took a nothing offense at Texas A&M and went undefeated 10-0-1. Reason 2, for the 1st time in 10 years we have been doing some serious recruiting the trenches and LB's. 3rd Hopefully we will go into games with a game plan.

Article is right, it's about the players(recruits). Last year CFB coaches voted Saban as the most over rated Coach in CFB. which on First Take they blasted the report but look at the facts, EVEN LES MILES won a Championship with Saban recruits!
I don't know about this excuses shite but I do know with this tough of a schedule alternating bodies and keeping this team fresh is crucial. If we learned anything from last year , got to have fresh legs. Tyler could have started most years, we need these type's of players to alternate without apparent drop off in talent.
re: If Fulton played for Bama or Notre Dame or Michigan he’d be reinstated...

Just Bama . NCAA hits Notre Dame and Michigan just like us. L Davis get's caught as the middle man taking money from an agent giving it to Fluker and others on the Bama team, Kirk H on gameday said there's a paper trail heads are going to roll, NOTHING HAPPENS, it's BAMA! Bleacher Reports, BAMA caught moving a player from one high school to another so they can control his grades, NOTHING HAPPENS it's bama! Janitor gets caught giving money to Bama players, he's fired end of story, IT's Bama! Cam Robinson in Monroe, well you know the story ,nothing happens, IT's Bama then The rest of us.
AGREE Eaux, Aranda & coaches, the supporting staff, have been doing a fantastic job filling holes, getting players motivated. They seem to be in the best shape in years, players dropping weight ect. Seems like we are building this team through players pushing players, coaches, support staff have all been doing their share. GOOD POST
Saban got credit in 07 cause he left us with 2 NFL QBs and every starter except for RJF was a Saban, Fisher recruit.
NICK SABAN WOULD LOVE TO HAVE STEVE ENSMINGER - Tommy Tuberville in and interview with SEC Country. He said STEVE ENSMINGER would be a hell of an offensive coordinator for Nick Saban. He is exactly what Nick would look for. It ain't about the offense you run, It's about getting the most out of the players you have. I'm excited for LSU. He went on to say he took a nothing offense at A&M and went undefeated 10-0-1. So before we throw him to the dogs why can't we just give him a chance. There will be plenty of time for that.
