Three years at Bama, 3 national championship games and a degree. One year at OU.
I would guess it’s because he knows how strong he is in his state and he doesn’t think Trump has a snowball’s chance in hell of being elected.

Trump getting more votes than any republican candidate in history isn’t opinion. It’s fact

And him losing the election is not opinion, it’s fact.

You said no one wanted Trump in 2020

First, never said that. Second, there were many more people that wanted Trump out of the WH than wanted him in. 2020 was a repeat 2016. Trump won in 2016 because people despised her and voted against her. In 2020, the majority of the country despised Trump. That’s my opinion just as your view is nothing but your opinion.

It's 53% of Americans, a clear majority, before evidence is presented in court.

As opposed to 100% of Trump faithful who believe there is nothing there before evidence is presented in court?
Guess anything is possible but since Mark isn’t a legal scholar and every legal scholar I have heard says this isn’t true, I have my doubts.

Do you actually think there is an appreciable population of people whose perspective is "Well, I was going to vote for Donald Trump next year, but since he's been indicted now I won't"?

I don’t think it will have an effect on most republicans but do think it will widen the gap with independents who may have been on the fence.

That’s why Trump received the most votes of any Republican candidate in history

Too bad they let democrats and independents vote isn’t it.

it was about a small faction of Trump haters having access to vote tabulations

If that makes you feel better, you just keep telling yourself that.
So there is something wrong in saying republicans have some candidates that can beat Biden but Trump isn’t one of them? Do you ever talk to anyone not a devoted follower of Trump? Doesn’t seem so.

Based on your premise republicans will get behind whomever the nominee is. However, can’t win with just Republican votes and the truth is a candidate not named Trump will pull much more support from independents, which is crucial to win, than Trump. Plus a younger candidate could really use Biden’s age against him. Another 80 year old can’t do that.
Biden is definitely vulnerable but he will beat Trump. Not sure why it’s so hard for some people to understand but 2020 was not about people wanting Biden it was about people hating Trump. You think his actions after the election and all these indictments are going to lessen that feeling in 2024? Sorry, don’t see it. Currently, he has like a 65% unfavorable rating with the American public. That’s not going to get better as these trials start.
Sorry, after watching the guy for many years, off the top of my head I can’t think of anyone I wouldn’t believe over Trump.
Guess that’s why every democrat I know hopes republicans stay the course and nominate Trump because they are afraid of him. Nothing will turn out the democratic and independent vote on Election Day like Trump being the nominee.
A former federal judge says there is a provision that allows this to happen but he doubts a federal judge would view activities aligned with trying to overturn an election as part of his official duties. Time will tell.
First, highly doubtful Trump ever holds public office again. Second, not a lawyer but why would a convicted felon just have his case dropped because he got elected to an office? Are we saying elected officials are above the law?

And exactly what steps did the House take in regards to vaccine mandates?

The LT position is definitely a toss up but I'm more comfortable in that than I am at QB. Honestly, the QB is so up in the air it's hard to tell who is gonna be the first guy to start I believe they will go with a run heavy offense for the first few games and try to acclimate the QB more as the season goes on. I feel it's gonna be a lot of play action passes for the first 5 games before we truly go to a more balanced offense.

Have many so called experts predict Milroe will start the season as a safe bet because of experience but that Simpson will end up being the man.
