This years Alabama team would monkey stomp ANY team from 1961. The athleticism on college teams now days is just unreal compared to then.

Just a guess,but I would think their agents would have something in their contract to prevent things like this from happening,but who knows? Maybe someone that knows something about this will jump in.

As a Vol fan,I would hope that our coaching staff would never stoop to something like that.

What year did Atlanta first use it,and what year did the Gumps first use the script A....Shouldn't you have a script G ..............ROLL GUMPS!

in college football. Big difference implementing a complicated D with 6-10 year NFL vets and a 19 year old. His D's are generally catagorized as a "Bend, Don't Break" style which hauntingly reminds me of a former LSU DC. The "silly stuff" is called zone blocking.It actually works really well when you have SMART,QUICK,and ATHLETIC line,lineman caring it out,but when you have stupid,slow,un-athletic morons doing it does look "silly.

Actually, they've been having some good players come out of East Tennessee like Brandon Warren,and Randall Cobb,and a few others out of the Maryville/Alcoa.The thing is some of them are going out side of UT.

If you guys want to see a future stud (Jason Witten like skills) do s search on Tyler Robinson and Alcoa.He's just a jr and is about 6ft 4 inches,and 235.
