Ok, so your interested in the national opinion of our fan base. Good. Shouting Bitch or STTD in my opinion is embarrassing to our university. So why are you endorsing it? Our own administration says don't do it. I suggest that you mature some more, and if you can, give more financially to the university not only to football but other areas including academics. I'd rather be associated with a university known for top sports facilities and better academics than a university that has a full stadium screaming vulgar cheers heard on national television. That's just me though, you scream what you want and I will leave when I chose to leave.

1/4 royalties are common in South Texas. 3 year primary term with 90 or 120 day continuous drilling obligations are as well. Lease bonus is determined by where in the play you are and can vary drastically from $500 - $20,00 pee acre. A companies willingness to negotiate will depend on your location and whether or not it's a large and or contiguous lease. An experienced oil and gas attorney can help you negotiate among other things how your royalties are calculated (deductions associated with treating and transportation for example).

You get a nice check with the lease bonus but you accumulate wealth through better royalty terms such as percentage , pricing used, and allowed deductions.

Hope this helps.

Their distribution yield is adjusting for the recent rising interest rates .... hence the drop in unit price.
The last one has a chance of being a wallhanger in 3 or 4 years ... Be patient. Pass.
He was jogging at Memorial park last Friday morning. He had on an LSU shirt and he is in good shape! I was very surprised but he was fit.
In the NFL it ends on an offensive penalty.
In the NCAA it only ends if the offensive penalty is intentional grounding.

add ttu and ok state.
When thinking about what moves (if any) would be necessary to keep us at the top, what are the thoughts about what defines the 'greatest' conference?

1. Profitability?
2. Championships?
3. Most competitive teams at the top tier?
4. Most competitive teams top to bottom?
5. Passion / size of the fanbase?
6. Best venues / tailgating?
7. Best facilities

I know they are all critical, but what is the priority of what the SEC needs to maintain its superiority?
I think if you have 5, the others fall into place. if you don't have 5, you will never achieve the others. Therefore, if thats the case, we should only consider the teams with the largest and most passionate fan bases in America. This, combined with geography, leads me to believe our best options are Texas, OU, and TAMU for west candidates and Clemson and FSU for east candidates.
if this were to happen, imo it would be the end to TAMU ever having a chance to compete nationally again.

You should do some homework on how bankruptcy works. Just to entertain you, Lehman had assets of nearly $700 Billion. Washington Mutual more than $300 Billion. I would use your time to learn more before you spout off incorrect information you obviously don't know much about. Good night.

Neither was General Motors, Lehman, Worldcom, Enron .... or Greece.

BP is currently a company that has assets worth $160 billion. They also have roughly $30 billion in debt. Therefore they have roughly $130 billion in equity. Their equity value prior to this catastrophic event was roughy $175 billion indicating the capital markets have valued the financial impact to BP for this event to be $45 billion. That doesn't mean the loss is entirely what will all be spent on cleanup since litigation will have it's toll as so will an errosion of brand loyalty worldwide. therefore, I wouldn't jump to the immediate conclusion that this couldn't bankrupt BP ... in my opinion, it's definitely a possibility.
I found this on another site and thought it was interesting. If it is germans, so be it....

My kids go to TWHS. My son plays in that stadium for some of his 9th grade games and my daughter swims at the swimming facility. They are both extremely nice and are used by all of the schools in Conroe ISD. Yes, property taxes are high but the money goes to good use in all aspects of the public education system from K-12.
I'm just curious as to who you think LSU could attract that is better, why they would leave their current job, and how their pay would compare to what they are making and what it would take? I'll hang up and listen ...
I will give him this ... he definitely holds people accountable while at the same time treating them professionally.
