Pretty low quality video considering not a single highlight for Tennessee in the video came from this year.

I think another more important benefit is that it doesn’t allow the defense to substitute packages. This essentially takes away a lot of defensive creativity and blitz packages and if the offense sees something they like, they can take advantage of it.
