Your stats for Vandy are not correct. First of all you have them playing 11 SEC series. Under series wins, Vandy did not play Missouri or Miss. St. They did play Alabama and won the series. Also, you listed Arkansas sweep of Vandy but you didnt mention Vandy sweeping Florida, A&M and Kentucky.

I have season tickets for Vandy baseball. There are 2 whistlers. One whistles and gets the fans clapping along with his whistle. The other just randomly whistles. If they sat behind me I might feel differently but they do not bother me one bit. Honestly, I think it is way overblown on how annoying everyone says it is. People claim they can’t listen to the TV broadcast bc of the whistling and I say that’s BS. I heard a lot of whistling at the LSU game this weekend. Who’s crying about that or is it easier to pick on Vandy?

lsufball19 Remember when NC State coach did an interview and talked about having a lot of sick players? Corbin didnt have to say anything. They were getting tested bc of the comments their coach made. Keep hating on Corbin though. Dont be so scared of Vandy. It will be at least 4 years before they match your Tigers championship #

I know they are inspected before the games. Thats what im trying to say. If they inspect them so often, then illegal bats were a problem. Dude acts like Vandy having a bat that didnt pass inspection is the first time that has ever happened

Obviously, if bats are being inspected its not just to see if there is a sticker on them. They wouldnt inspect them if there werent quite a few bats that have been suspected of not being legal. Ibet as far as you are concerned that Vandy bat is the only one this season that hasnt passed inspection. And that came from a Vol writer so probably BS

It did not include the SEC tourney. Vandy didnt get the 30th SEC game due to a rainout that was never played.

I agree with you that this team isnt your typical Vanderbilt baseball squad. But, lets look at the season thus far. Lost a close series to an OSU team ranked in the top 10. Proceeded to win 18 straight albeit against weak competition. They lost a series at South Carolina which IMO was the only real hiccup in their season. Losing this series to UT is disappointing but not really unexpected by me. UT is by far the best team in the country. One thing that i was impressed with was Vandys pitching in this series. They gave the team a chance to win all 3 games but the offense just wasnt there. UT pitching is as impressive as their hitting. I think Vandys bats will come around. Other than Arkansas and UT, np one looks that formiddable. I still believe this team can getting hot at the right time could go deep and maybe win a game or 2 in the CWS

I have been going to Vanderbilt games for close to 20 years. For the most part, he doesnt bother me but i sit down the first base line and he is near home plate on third base side. If he was right behind me then yes i would have a problem with him.
