The race for the next First Circuit Court of Appeal judge will pit two state judges from East Baton Rouge’s district court against one another.
Eboni Johnson Rose and Kelly Balfour both serve on the 19th Judicial District Court bench. Johnson Rose handles criminal and civil cases, and Balfour is currently a civil judge in the district.

Same here in Lafourche Parish.......I watch them daily pull out in front of vehicles traveling 45-50mph and complain to the local sheriff (Craig Webre) and nothing gets done
