Nobody on this board thought Lincoln Riley was going to USC

Also OM gave him till the egg bowl to sign.

That’s like a car dealership saying a deal is only good for the day. If you go back the next day they are gonna offer you the same thing again, if not better.

Lane decides he wants to sign after egg bowl they will let him idc what they say right now.
There was a UF media guy on twitter doing the same exact thing yesterday but it was Lane to UF. It’s all BS
I still think he is staying.

If you are going to rate every single candidate as a 3 in success in big games might as well remove it as a metric.

What is Lane Kiffins success in big games ?
Byrum Brown does have some eligibility left. Wouldn’t hate that.

For those Tiger fanatics that have a little too much optimism, how about you worry about the next game in front of you.

UGA
TAMU
OM
VANDY

Absolute best case would be 5th right?

Gordon is a source you idiot. You don’t think the guy who gives millions to players to come to LSU isn’t connected?

Okay yes conceded Mr Get Gordon is an inside source in the athletic dept ; but it terms of the current coaching search his comment was a vague meaningless statement

Ole miss, Vandy, A&M win out making our 3 losses to playoff teams and potentially one is an SEC champ If all of this happens the tigers are in a position to be in the conversation of possibly getting in with 3 loses if the committee sticks to their new format of SOC

In that scenario LSU would be the 6th sec team in the playoffs. Not happening. Would Need both om and vandy to drop 2 of last 3.
Good vague thing to say that would make it seem like he has an inside source and can’t be proven wrong. He’s full of shite.
Nothing BK says matters at all this week.

If LSU wins against an undefeated Texas A&M the entire atmosphere around the program takes a complete 180 (atleast for a week) and gives team, fans, recruits etc…. hope.

If LSU loses - it’s official LSU is out of contention, the entire BK tenure is a massive failure , and the program is doomed until he is gone.

What is the rationale for this?

The BYU player with whom Haulcy was fighting...er being unsportsmanlike to, was also ejected for "unsportsmanlike conduct". He had to sit out the first half of the bowl game that followed. Houston didn't play in a bowl game.

Thankfully LSU doesn’t have to hold players to the same code of conduct as BYU. Tigers might be in trouble if that were the case lmao
I ask this seriously - what type of wide out is Kyle Parker?

Similar to any previous LSU receivers?
I’m not familiar with his game.

All we ever hear in August is positivity. Then we find out we still can’t run the ball but people get mad when you have realistic expectations. Vegas isn’t high on us for a reason. A reason most fans on here won’t admit for 2 months.

Vegas had LSU favored in the past 5 openers against MS ST, UCLA, FSU, FSU, and USC for a reason?

Isn’t he still an Oklahoma transfer?

Yes.
Not big fan of calling out misspellings but Im all good with calling out when actual trained qualified reporters don’t know how to write.
Yeah. I like reading the tea leaves purely for enjoyment, knowing real football is about to be here.

Based on what you are saying you have not given up on reading them but just matured enough to know that a lot of pre season hype or negatively don’t translate to regular season.

That’s normal.

JT was 4th/5th on depth chart and likely not going to see any significant time even with an injury. Durham is going to see lions share with Jackson and Berry spelling him. Johnson is perfectly fine to fill the rb role if needed and is practicing at both qb and rb and is seeing snaps in scrimmages before JT. People need to calm down about this.

Jt lindsey news means very little if Durham stays healthy.
If Durham goes down not having Lindsey is big deal.
