he's around the zone but very hittable. had a 4.5-5 FIP/xFIP and a 1.22 WHIP in 2023... that ERA was fugazi. we have 2 additional years of data on this kid and he's not missing many bats

Four and a half to five fip slash ex fip!
What a bum !

Bad thing is.... 99.8% of the posters in this thread couldn't handle running a state

That “bad thing” is that only 0.2% of people on this message board could handle being governer?

What point are you trying to make?
You can only criticize a public official for being a complete moron if you are capable of holding that office?

Genuinely confused by this post.

does anyone know who this guy is and why/how he's so rich?

if we get to 19 wins, can we skip Hoover? Or treat it like a midweek.

Or try to win it?
I think this is an example of why the portal is good. Freshman committed to a school and due to coaching changes and other players coming through the portal the circumstances are very different than when he was recruited. Let him find a place that is a better fit before wasting everyone’s time.

Brock Osweiler
Head coach has to make it known before the season no one is getting a raise or renogotiating during the season no exceptions. Options are play or leave.

Same Philosophy as not negotiating with terrorists.
The running scheme in 2024 sucked.
I don’t know if that’s fully on the OC or what but the style didn’t fit the personnel ,there was minimal creativity , and it was way too predictable.

You could flip on a high school game or any midweek non p5 college game and see a much better game plan for running the football than what lsu was doing.

If we fix that - Nuss is going to win the Heisman.

They just lost a series at home against Binghampton. They are easily the worst team in the SEC.

Even a 2-1 series win at home would feel like a letdown in my opinion.

moore i wouldn't think wants to start off his coaching career with a qb that isn't ready to win or lead.

Carr is ready to do what now? Lmao

They are so fired up today. That Lsu is number one in the poll. I didn't know it was so many tennessee fans around.

If LSU was undefeated and the reigning champion - would you think they should be the number 1 ranked team?

The answer should be “yes” without hesitation.

Does any of this matter right now at all. No.

every single player is going to expect to get more money

No. They are going are going to leave and LSU is going to pay for better players.

The current players on the terrible team were not all here because they were taking below their market NIL value….

The LSU sports message board isn’t even in favor of this I imagine it will go over great among the general population lmao

I think we need to ride Carr one more year

This is the strategy with the least upside possible.
Pitching looks really good.
Slow start for the offense. No sugar coating that. But reason for optimism - the team is supposed to be very deep. There are multiple options to shake up the lineup. Some hitters will step up.

Mission accomplished. You got me. I went searched in the rant, google, twitter to see if this was true.

Debunked:
LSU baseball tweet with video of steak cook out earlier this month

He's not that good. Is any team really that scared of him???

No he’s not good anymore and teams are not scared of him going into his 14th season.
My point was that it’s ridiculous to make a post just saying “when are we going to get rid of this guy” as though he has been a peice of shite.

Teams all time leader in sacks that has dedicated more of his time to community than any other player and missed very few games.

13 yrs 138 million. That’s probably the best value the saints have ever gotten for a player over that amount of time (other than Drew).

He could have gotten far more elsewhere during his prime.
