I don't believe this. Cities do not provide tracts to business to develop. Businesses find tracts to develop. On occasion, government officials will try to solicit businesses to come in but usually with policies.

I did some deep analysis on this topic when I was searching.
The wellness plans did not provide enough benefit for me to justify the cost. You still have the headache of submitting receipts, keeping up with the value, etc. From what I could tell, the cost difference in adding wellness was about the same as what I pay out of pocket so I decided to not get it.

I went about 4 months ago. I got in line at 10:15am and ordered/received my food at 12:30pm.
It was the best BBQ Ive had in Louisiana. However, no food is really worth that long of a wait.

You would be surprised at how many people are living paycheck to paycheck. $37 dollars could mean feeding a family dinner or not I guess.

I have to get gas.
I do not stress over the price because it really doesn't matter. My 36 gallon tank @ $2.20 is $79.20. @ $3.25 is $117. I fill up once every 3 weeks. Yeah it sucks that its $37 more expensive, but I have been trying not to stress about things I cannot control.

I am having a hard time finding and getting a contractor to respond to me. My rental in BR needs some facia and soffit repairs. Anyone know of any contractors that will handle this?

I really like my Logitech M550. I have 2 and they are both connected via bluetooth so I dont have to remember to grab them at home and at work. I really like the feel of it in my hands the click.
