This woman had a 52 page complaint filed in federal court, and I read it. It was filled with sensationalized conclusions, generalizations and innuendos, but rarely alleged actual facts; and brought up random things from over ten years ago that didn't have to do with squat (which are time barred anyway). On top of that, she never filed a charge with the EEOC, which is a requirement before filing in federal court, and every attorney that passed the bar the first through fifth time knows that. The complaint reeked of a publicity stunt. Truly, if there was anything to any of these allegations her team handled it so poorly she should sue for malpractice. That having been said, if she couldn't get to Frank Wilson in 52 pages, then I think it's fair to call BS.

he committed mail fraud by taking the ballots of people he knew would not/could not vote, filling them out for himself and his buddies, going to different cities and mailing them in. THEN, once in charge, he took a ton of money for himself. so yes, rigging an election of a private organization can be a crime. BTW, the BHA pays the medical insurance and disability insurance, among other things, for those in the local industry. It was a huge hit to them. but he's scum, so no one is surprised.
