On offtake + financing progress
“Looking forward from the SWA Arkansas project, we’ve been working for the last 9 months or so with an advisor helping us put in place our offtake agreements and our debt project financing.
We are in very short order going to be able to announce our letters of intent for our debt financing package.
So that looks very good. I was hoping to be able to say something today. I can't, but we're close (chuckles).”

Thought we would have gotten an update by now?
It really is. We need positive FID news and off takes to maybe get rid of some of these shorts!
Nows the time to drop some good news!!
Anyone think we get news this week on off-takes or contract announcements?

Still 2 years out! Sometime in 2028 prob second half.
Hopefully the Holidays just set them back a few days on finalizing everything!

I hear ya! Id be half of that, my prob is all mine is in IRA! Im trying to see if when I sell if I can invest in dividend funds and retire early?
Hope SLI pays off better than my Fantasy Football team!

I see it happening exactly as you just said. So why did Exxon back off? Why is no one else starting DLE in AR and TX? Is SLI the only one who knows how? If so you may be right and if they build this first plant and it is working then to me the price is out of the question as to what it could be or how high Exxon or someone would have to pay to acquire!

Mostly I believe waiting for financing announcement finalized and off take agreements and then FID, which the first 2 could be announced any day now.
