Found another one.

You’re new here, but great thread!

Thanks, Myktide. I like to artistically defecate in threads when I feel like a solid contribution is needed.

Like it or not legendary coaches get the benefit of the doubt unless there are blatant, egregious easily provable rules violations.

Same reason in basketball for example that Coach Wooden at UCLA, Coach K at Duke, Roy Williams at UNC, Coach Knight at Indiana, etc never get or got looked at really closely when rivals questioned some of their recruiting tactics. Coaches that have never had a provable reputation of cheating and that are legends get the benefit of the doubt.

Wow. Kirby Smart is an okay coach but you seem to be giving him WAY more accolades than deserved. Step back, take a deep breath, and reassess things a bit.

Nice melt

I'm pretty sure a couple of posters here aren't entirely sure what a melt is. I was empathizing with LSU fans in an attempt to be friends.

If you have any other LSU questions let me know

Is 55-17 the same as 19+19?

How you gonna continue to have meltdowns in your own thread?

What's wrong? I said I understood why LSU fans on TigerRant coordinated the voting to win the best stadium in the world Twitter vote. I was trying to bond with LSU fans here but I guess some people you just can't be friends with.

Of course not; it's nothing to get mad about. It's to have fun with and a good reason to laugh at LSU. I sympathize in a way. I remember when Alabama fans used to flock to every online poll during the Shula era, etc... when Alabama had nothing and were nobodies.

Every time an online poll was presented, about anything related to football, the alarm was sounded on Bama message boards far and wide. The word was sent out and Bama fans dominated those polls in those days.

We won every poll ever created back then. Looking back, yes, it was pitiful like what LSU has done here is pitiful. But, like LSU now, it was all we had.

The only reason Alabama didn't win the People's National Championship poll created by that 15 year old Opelika auburn fan is because Alabama wasn't listed as an option.

So rustled you took the time to make that

It doesn't take that long to snap a photo, maybe 10 seconds. I had to get the phone out of my pocket and that took 2 seconds. Then I had to double click to get the camera open and that took another 2 seconds or so. I had to then push the take picture button and that took a second. Putting the phone back in my pocket took probably a second.

I spent 4 seconds laughing at LSU and that was it. 10 seconds total.

I laugh when it’s funny.

That's more like it; good job. Life is too short to be the typical LSU fan.

Welcome to the Rant new user Crimson Influx

Thanks, mwlewis. I'm in BR now and just happened to see the billboard. My company is giving free shoes and cheap notepads to LSU students and I turned the corner and there it was.

You took a twitter poll thread on the internet so hard that you not only created a response thread, but you also spent time creating an image for it.

This is why people label LSU fans as insecure and the university as Insecure U. It's just good fun, bro. Laugh. Enjoy yourself. Everything isn't important and serious. fricking LSU fans try to take the joy out of everything. What is wrong with you people?

I don't know man

Looks kinda photoshopped

Wrong.

I'll never understand how a high school coach, who has literally begged for any assistant college job and been rejected, has received so much attention. His former assistants like Jeremy Pruitt and Chip Lindsey have been far more successful than him.

He does have several women to support and many children so, it's just a sad situation all the way around. Now the women and children likely starve to death without a provider.

It's okay but I don't see it being the best.

That is a very bad photoshop. Here's the real thing after his 5th Alabama national championship.

I don't think it's horrible because hats are notoriously difficult to get right. It does seem like SI would have someone on staff that could have done a little better though.

It seems as if the brim of the hat disappears into Saban's forehead above his right eye, which throws off the whole image.

But, it's not horrible. Let's just say that for someone getting paid to do that, they could have done a little better.
quote:

So yes, you are indeed retarded

I know now. I never realized Saban and Bryant were basically twins, no, I didn't know. It makes perfect sense to call him Sabear and now I know why he was called that.
quote:

Welcome new poster! I'm glad to have the honor of telling you that your post sucks and to go frick yourself!

Thanks, man, I'm glad to be here. Seems like there are a lot of nice people that post here.
quote:

Coach Sabear*

Have some respect!!!

quote:

Are you retarded to not get it immediately

It never really made sense to me, the name Sabear. But, now, it does. It's amazing how they look so much alike.
That name, Sabear, that fans of various teams used to throw around a lot never made sense to me, until now. I was scrolling through some old SI covers and found this.

Bear Bryant and Saban could have been twins.
