The solar bill is around 240 a month. The problem is I’m still getting too high Entergy bills so comparing the year before without solar I paid about 3k more total. Not exact science but gave me a good idea.

I’ll have to check. I know the panels didn’t initially work once the power was approved to come on. Then once that was fixed they had to come back several times because not all were working. Then they did have to replace some inverters I believe. It’s been a lot. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal but my Entergy bills are still pretty high. There hasn’t been these almost zero bills or selling power back to Entergy.

It does have an arbitration clause. So just call and harass Launch? Not the solar company? No lawyer?

Yes they are, lol. They are out of Shreveport but when I was researching online the look to be part of a bigger entity out of Florida.

How do you suggest I proceed? Contact a lawyer? Researching online a lot of suggestions to contact the solar company first to see if they will agree to something but I don’t see that happening.

Far from being woke. I resisted but my wife somehow talked me into it.

The finance is thru a company called Launch. Funny enough the original company folded and they took over financing.

I believe they are out of Shreveport but looks like the main office may be in Florida.

I don’t want money. I’m willing to cut my losses. Just want the panels removed and the loan canceled.

Infenergy. False claims. Not one thing they told us has happened. By my calculations I spent about 3k more last year with the panels.
