I say horse-shite! It is ridiculous that our labor market hides under the guise of BUT NO LOCAL PEOPLE want to do that work (sugarcane, crawfish, roofers, etc). HORSESHITE! No locals will do that work for $12.00 an hour. It is time the FAT CATS that run & ruin our labor system become accountable. Make the one time adjustment, and bite the bullet. THEY ALL MUST GO HOME! No exclusions, no exceptions, no horseshite! It will never happen, but it needs to happen to truly Make America Great Again. :usa:

Most of those qualities do exist in smaller communities in our country. The primary difference is culture. It has very little to do with the country, and everything to do with the culture of the FAMILY.

A good agent or agency will stage the house most times for free if your home has the potential for a solid quick sale. Also, some potential buyers have vision. Some potential buyers have no vision. It all depends on who shows up to look at your home. If you are hoping for a relatively quick sale I would suggest staging the home. Good luck!

It wont take TRUMP much longer to get their attention. With a few more strikes from the military it will become clear to the rest of the knuckleheads of the world. If you cross a line you will be dealt with SWIFTLY. In short, we need to hold the rest of the world accountable like the Israeli's do.
