No, not Ballroom. Do people not dance to live music around here? Blue, etc?
Anyway, are there any classy, non-undergrad places on Dickson that are worth going to?

Great, thanks for the info, any recommendations for places with live music and dancing that won't be full of undergrads?

there are other more specific rankings,
Best Undergrad Business School
Best Undergrad Engineering School, etc.

someone else can pull the SEC schools out of these if they want and start a new post :)

No Texas A&M = all these lists are shite. Our student "section" is the East side of the stadium.
This may take into account all sporting events, not just football.
Otherwise, yeah, not sure how credible all of this is. It also maybe something like what % of students attend sporting events. Since aTm is so big, half of the stadium is still a small % of student body compared to other schools.

Ain't that the truth!
I was actually surprised to see this. When I was in Knoxville I thought it was a nice campus. Though it was gameday and full of people, so maybe that blocked my view.

Most Conservative SEC school
Posted by lsucow on 8/7/13 at 11:24 am
so recently I posted "what is most liberal SEC school" LINK
since then the recent Princeton Review survey results have come out. No surprise, no SEC school were in the top 20 of the liberal categories, but here are the school showing up in the conservative categories:
Most Conservative Students:
Auburn #1
Texas A&M #2
Most Religious Students:
Texas A&M #12
Most LGBT-Unfriendly:
Texas A&M #11
Auburn #14
Future Rotarians and Daughters of the American Revolution:
Auburn #9
note: Schools on the list "Future Rotarians and Daughters of the American Revolution" are those at which surveyed students' answers indicated their personal political persuasions to be very conservative, low levels of acceptance of the gay community on campus, high levels of popularity of student government on campus, and a very religious student body.
How these are tallied:

Place to go on Date in Fayetteville?

New and town, married with young children. Finally got a sitter. Taking wife out, and recommendations? Tight on money (see "children"), so nothing expensive.
Thanks!

Yeah, I have been to Celi's not that impressed. They had like 3 salsas and they were all okay. They need to stick to one good one.
La Huerta is over on crossover near mission. There is also one on College up by Lake Fayetteville. The cheese dip is really good there.

go..
Only been here a little while, and my favorite is Huerta so far, not a fan of Hacienda. To been honest, I like "On the Border" but havent made it up the one in Bentoville yet.

Rank them?
Thoughts? Opinions?
My guess is that Texas A&M would be last, and maybe Vandy would be first??

Hello,
I am new in Fayetteville, but a long time tigerdropping follower. Yes, from my name you can see I am a LSU-fan. Though now the Razorbacks will have my next loyalty.
I am interesting in learning more about this great town and the team.
Please welcome me aboard

Getting ready for LSU football... streaming games on TV
Posted by lsucow on 7/11/13 at 2:53 pm
I am out of state and want to get ready for football season. This is the only time of year I consider getting cable, but only for LSU football. So for the cost I figure a different option would be more affordable.
What is the best legit way to get the games? I do not want to mess with all the pop-up and ads on first row sports.eu.
I Want to do it legit this year. Does anyone have experience with this?
options I am considering:
Roku - with SEC digital network: does this stream every game? or one game a week. Does espn3 work with roku?
Geauxzone - Anyone use this? How do you like it? Is this on computer? Can you use roku or TV with this?
What other options are out there? Apple TV?
What options allow you to pause the game, rewind and fast-forward? Or watch later on that day?
Thanks and
