I got the owners contact. He’s out of town until Thursday. I’m going to give him the opportunity to make it right before going above him.
Yes that is correct. It was installed incorrectly and was making a screaming, scratching sound.

The dust something or other wasn’t put on correctly so it warped the brakes and rotors.
Rainbow Ram - Covington - help

Here’s the story
Truck broke down out of town during a job. Originally great service. I noticed a weird metal on metal sound while driving after getting back. Called in and the person I dealt with. He told me to swing in on a certain date. I drove a hour on that day just to be told that guy wasn’t there. The service manager told me I could leave my truck with them again but there was nothing else he could do. Wouldn’t even listen to sound himself. I’ll have to find someone local to me and pay to have it fixed. Thanks Rainbow!
Now the service manager tells me he won’t stand behind their 2 week old brake job and I have to pay for new brakes and roters again. Worst business ever!
If anyone knows a good lawyer let me know.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

I want to take a moment to tell the New Orleans Saints about one of their newest players.
Today I was grocery shopping at Rouses in Metairie. My groceries were already spread across the conveyor belt when a very large gentleman walked up behind me with one bag of fresh shrimp.
I told the cashier, “Go ahead and ring him up first. He only has one item.”
He smiled and thanked me… then set his shrimp beside my groceries and told the cashier to ring up everything together.
I immediately told the cashier, “No, don’t do that. He doesn’t have to buy my groceries.”
He looked at me with the kindest smile and said,
“My Momma always taught me to do good deeds, and I’d like to bless you today. Please don’t take that blessing from me.”
How do you argue with that?
He paid for my groceries, grabbed his shrimp, looked at me and simply said, “God bless you,” before walking out.
I stood there speechless.
The gentleman behind me laughed and asked, “You don’t know who that is, do you?”
I said, “No, sir.”
He smiled and replied, “That’s a Saints player.”
So I hurried outside, stopped him, apologized for not getting his name, and introduced myself. He reached his hand out and said, “I’m Christen Miller.”
I asked if he played for the Saints. He smiled and said, “Yes, ma’am.”
I asked if we could take a picture together, and he graciously said yes.
Christian never acted like he was somebody important. He never sought attention, never expected recognition, never made the moment about himself. He simply chose kindness when no one was watching.
To the New Orleans Saints—you didn’t just draft an athlete. You drafted a young man of character.
And to Momma Miller… thank you.
Thank you for raising a son who understands that true strength is shown through humility, generosity, and faith. Your words clearly stayed with him, and because of that, a complete stranger went home reminded that there is still so much good in this world.
Christian, thank you for your kindness. You reminded me that there are still good people in this world.
And to your mom… thank you for raising a son whose character speaks louder than any statistic ever could.
Truth be told, I don’t know much about football. I’d usually choose dragons and fantasy novels over Sunday games. But this season, I’ll be cheering for my new favorite player—not because of what he does on the field, but because of who he proved himself to be in a grocery store checkout line.
Who Dat. ??????

Depends what you value. SF is likely going to give you the best rate hands down. However, when you need to make a claim (roof wise), they are going to do everything they can to not cover replacing it. If it’s valid, USAA will cover it

If you care, soft washing your roof will void manufacturers warranty. If you don’t, please don’t do it and make my job infinitely harder when I have to climb it at some point
GAF Timberline can be bought at Home Depot. Not a great shingle

All I got is that VB mom a women’s basketball assistant at LSU when he was young. I coached him at summer basketball camp. So his elite footwork could be credited to me

Why does the hosts hair look like Mugato from Zoolander?
If you can fit them in the budget, look into Attic Breeze solar powered vents

Yes and no. With them it depends who you get. They don’t have anyone there during the install watching the guys, inspecting the work, etc. Just like most people, if there’s no oversight you may cut some corners, make mistakes, etc.
