untrue, many states have enacted laws protecting private and public entities against this type of suit unless there is gross negligence. doesn't mean you won't get sued but you will win. how can you prove where a 19 yer old caught it> Impossible

normally i would agree with the idea that it is a bad business idea for ESPN to want for the cancellation of the season. But one thing i've learned over the past 3 years is that with espn, cnn, msnbc and the like, their agenda is more important to them than a profit motive. Those 3 companies lose millions of dollars every month, they simply don't care.
