Agreed Nuss has turned over the ball at bad times and then unravels leading to more turnovers. There was a point last night in the 3Q when score was still 14-7. Nuss threw a panicked ball to the check down that should have been picked off (and was by A&M/Alabama). Instead it was dropped and we proceed to score a touchdown to basically put the game out of reach. Whole different game if Vandy gets the INT

Our biggest challenge vs bama wont be covering their WRs, it’ll be containing a running milroe. He torched Georgia with his legs last night. I’m afraid we don’t have the speed with Perk out to limit him.

The combination of size of these guys and the tremendous stress on the knee from their cuts absolutely makes every single one of them a “ticking time bomb”. But that’s just the nature of the sport. We weren’t meant to play football

Not a damn thing we can do about it unless we start braving all skill players which would slow the game down, and nobody would want that
Jones is the Pedro Cerrano of this baseball team. I just pray to Jobu he continues to mash the curveball

Dont give me that BS. Everyone counted this team out when they were 3-12 in SEC play, couldnt move base runners over or hit with RISP, and anybody not named Jump, Holman, and Griffin could throw a strike.

“I never doubted this team” stfu and be honest with yourself.

Glad to see they turned it around though.

The one main IT guy who could have helped them make the broadcast work was an old codger who didn't realize how big of a deal the LSU game was and he didn't have his shite together. That guy has since retired.

Kind of too deep of a thought for a Monday afternoon, but isn’t it crazy that you can have an entire career, maybe even busting your arse and performing near flawlessly for 30+ years. But the only thing some people would associate your career with is the time you fricked up the LSU baseball broadcast in ‘23… but that’s life I guess

Last one was lazy. Doesn’t even fit the haiku rules. Got too excited I guess

Man, shut your “people hate me because I’m honest” dumbass up. It was absolutely necessary for him to dive and was a spectacular play. It’s ok to enjoy things every now and then.

I’ll take Braswell. He seems to have the hottest bat from the latest scrimmages

Not even close. The 2019 football team had zero opponents take possession in the fourth quarter with a chance to tie or win

I see what you’re saying. And as a team, I agree with you, but baseball is a different game than football.

And as far as individual performances, Paul Skenes was absolutely the Joe Burrow of college baseball pitchers. Dude never had an off game. The only reason he was given the loss on 2 occasions was when our bats couldn’t manufacture 2 runs.
Maybe if their star quarterback didn’t snap his leg…

Georgia is gonna steamroll FSU. Maybe not by 60 like fraudulent TCU, but it’s not gonna be close.

You guys are such marks for this charade of an award. Whoever wins will drive the maximum number of eyeballs to whatever message ESPN/Disney desires. Deserving has nothing to do with it.

Time to put the tin foil hat on the shelf for a bit, paw. What “message” has been spewed from ESPN/Disney with the last heisman winners? Burrow?
It’s still the most prestigious award in college sports and any fan would love to have their player win it.

39 scholarship players bro. Terrible evaluations in recruiting. Side pieces and their kids running drills at practice

The first two points are valid and by themselves worthy of criticism. But the reports of side pieces at practice were confirmed to be false by multiple players. Not defending O, but I also don’t like perpetuating the spread of fake news

Hate to say it, but Thomas jr. should be looked at in the same regard. Dude has been lights out this year.

I agree BTJ has been awesome and glad he’s had his breakout season, but due to the fact he’s had a couple critical drops, including one that may have changed the outcome of the Florida state game, I don’t think he can be in the same category as these 3.

re: LSU/Alabama Score Predictions

Posted by RastaTigah on 11/3/23 at 10:25 am
LSU - 46
Bama - 45

Bama’s highest scoring player in SEC history misses long field goal to lose the game.
If you don’t think these freshman corners are going to give up big plays and blown coverages, then prepare to be disappointed Saturday. They are going to struggle. the best we can hope for is a couple 3rd down stops, big time linebacker play, and the best offense in the nation to be just that. It’s still possible we come out with a W, but it’s gonna be very difficult.

It only matters when comparisons to old era vs modern era players happen. I looked it up and these numbers say it all: Lou Gehrig 34 post season games Babe Ruth 41 psg Joe Dimaggio 51 psg Stan Musial 23 psg Reggie Jackson 77 psg

Hard to compare to players today when the avg pitcher was throwing 85mph in those days
