Thomas Jefferson owned a Quran, there's your "historical significance" LA GOP, we need a Quran covered classroom.

Fun fact. Thomas Jefferson also used slaves as collateral for his mortgage. So yeah. There’s that.

Edit. It gets worse. Freeing them would have bankrupted the douche. Anyway. Here’s to our founding fathers

Godwins Law. On the first reply. It took you miserable, toxic sons a biches one friggin reply to make a comparison to nazi germany. How does anyone tolerate you? If you're not ashamed of yourself, I don't know what else to tell you.
Muschamp can no longer be at the signing ceremony. His kid is now a preferred walk-on, who I assume does not need to sign an LOI. Since he's not part of the signing ceremony, I'd assume he won't be able to attend it anymore.

So if he won't be signing an LOI, then Muschamp can no longer legally be allowed at Burch's signing ceremony.
Bama's done it to us so many times and it's never ended well once so I'm not sure where my optimism is coming form other than, frick it. FLIP 'EM ALL! At least this time our staff was under the impression we were out of it the moment he left our official visit.
There was a thread on BOL that got whacked because they were talking to bluntly about the similarities with Arik Gilbert's recruitment. Bama and A&M would be the last ones to know about the flip. We've been on the bad end of that many times and speak from experience. The home team is always the last one to find out
I’m no longer optimistic. This has Bama written all over it. Crystal Balls going there way, the BOL has started celebrating, even though nothing has been explicitly said, it looks like its for sure Bama. The good news is either Bama fan or Aggie will be upset by the choice. I’d rather see both of them pissed off, but at least Aggie feels a let down.
And if he’s just enjoying the process then why get a school’s hopes up? And why just one. The only thing that makes me second guess it is the phrase “business decision”. Saban says it. His recruits say it. Only way it’s not Bama would be a truly epic troll on Coach O’s part. Remember Arik Gilbert? Bama was pretty confident. He was ours a month before that and nobody on our sites knew. Coach O just told him to lead Bama on. Same thing here just played out over a much longer time frame.

Eta. Example of the sabanism “business decision”. “I try to get guys to make business decisions about what they’re going to do," Nick Saban said during his first bowl press conference Monday afternoon. "
A&M board seems very certain they’re getting Jackson. So does Bama board. If he has known for over a year where he’s going, why lead on A&M but not LSU and sign with Bama? Or lead in Bama but not LSU and sign with A&M? The only rational explanation is we did the Arik Gilbert thing where we have him lead people on for a few months and then sign with us seemingly out of nowhere. I realize I’m one of the only people who thinks LSU leads but I’m calling a smoke screen. It’s a business decision, right Nick?
“It’s a business decision”. How many times have Saban recruits used that phrase. That wasn’t an accident. Either Saban told him to say those words or Coach O did to rub it in. IMO, Coach O has been playing both of them. No inside info, just optimism.
No thanks. I like Jorge way better.

If Robinson leaves, you move Mickey to RB coach, CJ to WR coach, and can put Munoz at TE/PGC.

It’s not that hard.

247 laid out how the staff would handle Robinson leaving weeks ago. There's a replacement ready and waiting.
Luckily we have a national championship winning coach making this decision instead of you
A difference in philosophy. Pete felt it was time KR found a place that suited his aggressive philosophy. The dude blitzed too much. The opposite of aranda’s problem. And the defense dropped because of injuries

Munoz is going to Baylor as a position coach not the OC.

This is true. 247 was in full meltdown mode when Sonny broke it. We’re 7 days removed from winning the natty and we meltdown over an analyst with one year experience as an OC.

I'm just saying that it's kind of odd to state Carroll endorses him, when Carroll also fired him.

I usually just ignore this and let people be wrong but just to point out, Pete went another direction because KR blitzed more than he felt confortable with. I forget how the article worded it, but there was a minor philosophical difference and Pete felt it was time for him to find a place that suited his style better. Saying he was fired is ridiculous. He was a good DC in the NFL if not a great one. Just a little more aggressive than what Pete wanted. Can we stop the false narrative that Kris Richards did something wrong to lose that job because it’s simply not true. He called his defense the way he always does and it worked well, despite all the injuries that last year.
We have deeper pockets though, right?

I talk the man up, but let’s be honest. Mistakes have been made, man. I think it was Sark to USC when he left. Kiffin is a fricking monster and sits in his coaching tree. He makes mistakes, too.

But KR has been his protege for years and he wants both Coach O and KR to succeed. I trust him.
Did he interview with the Minnesota Vikings also today? @insideusc tweeted he did 5 hours ago, which makes me think he doesn’t want a college job.
