The Big XII hasn't won a SINGLE out of conference game against a P5 team all year.

George, were you born an idiot, or did your mom and dad simply raise you to be one? Next time, please do some research before making a false statement. Kinda makes any of your other posts irrelevant since anything you say is likely not true. Several Big XII teams, including OU, beat P5 teams OOC this year. Over the next 15 years, OU has home and home series with Tennessee, Nebraska, Michigan, LSU, Georgia, Alabama, and Clemson. They’ve been scheduling like this for a while. It’s just hard to know which teams will still be ranked years in advance. I’m sure you recall in the early 2000s, OU beat Bama twice in a home and home. They recently beat Tennessee twice in a home and home. They’ve lost some and won some, but don’t be “that guy” and post made up facts. Learn how to research and you’ll be posting like you know what you’re talking about in no time. Trust me, it’s not too difficult.

This is my 2nd and last post. See my first post on this site before the game was played. Unfortunately, I was right. I said the final score would be nowhere close and would be shocked if it was less than a 21 point LSU win. OU was in a rebuilding year (new OL, new QB, new DC) with most of the same defensive players that were terrible last year, and lucked into the playoffs by winning a crappy Big XII. Against LSU, the defense was down 6 starters. Would the end result have changed if they had played? lol HELL NO!!! LSU would’ve still easily covered the spread. I’m just trying to educate you Georgie boy, since mommy and daddy did a miserable job of that while they were raising you. ????

(For the educated posters, please forgive my juvenile insults. After reading George’s, and others, posts, I figured the immature insults might make it easier for them to understand me.)
(Found this thread when Googling OU LSU stories)

For the tldr crew, scroll down to the bottom...

Unless LSU overlooks OU, the final score won’t be close. I’m thinking 21 or more, easily. Out of all of our recent playoff teams, this year’s team has the best defense(still not where they need to be), but the worst offense. We’ve had several games where we’ve only scored 1 TD in the first half. This was going to be a rebuilding year (new OL, new QB, new DC), so it’s a miracle we’ve made it this far, or rather it shows how weak the Big XII is. I had hopes against LSU since Texas put up a good fight, but since then I’ve learned that wasn’t the same LSU defense on the field that day. Outside of the first several games of the season, we’ve looked pedestrian on the field. Baylor isn’t that good (many of their games decided by 7 or less, kinda like us) and we struggled against them twice. Hurts has turned into a turnover machine with zero accountability. Our defense is vastly improved(again, that’s not saying much) but they started having some of the same mental lapses as last year as this season went on. Perkins (#1 in sacks and QB hurries) and DTY (#2 in tackles) are huge losses for us. How huge? LSU could sit Burrow out (along with Clyde) and I still wouldn’t bet any money on my team winning. We’ve faced a few backup and third string QBs this year, and they all had good stats. Hell, Baylor’s third stringer rallied them into OT in the B12 Championship. And these were games where our 2 missing defenders DID play! Our backups at these positions are terrible, as proven by DTY playing in around 80% of all defensive snaps. Burrow could easily throw for 500+ in this game. Are these missing players the reason we will lose? NO!! I thought we might have a 20% chance to win prior to knowing who would miss the game. Now I’m somewhere between 1-5%. Anything can happen in a single game, but this game is the first playoff game that I can recall that might be the equivalent of a bye. Anything less than a 3 TD victory by LSU would be a surprise. However, if Sooner Magic happens and we spring the upset, I’ll buy tickets from those that already purchased Championship Game tix.

tldr: Nobody is talking about how great this Oklahoma team is because they simply aren’t a great team. Check back in 2021 for a great OU team. Veteran OL, Rattler at QB, stud WRs, and Grinch’s recruits seeing the field.
