Probably, and that's why they fired Morris when they did. No sense in allowing him to tank the program further and having to fire him at the bye next season.

It is dollar for dollar and he is obligated to not only find work, but to take a job with compensation at fair market value. So contrary to the comment above, if he took the OC job for a $1 a year, he would be in breach of contract and we would be off the hook for paying the buyout.
