I’m in NO way advocating for them to make a bowl game my dear brother in Christ. The less I have to watch this team play this year, the better. I was merely pointing out how unbelievable the current situation is compared to pre-season expectations.

Yeah same. You can actually start a K12 account on your kid when they’re born to pay for private elementary and HS tuition. If they end up going to public school or have funds left in the K12 Save plan upon graduation it rolls over into a College Save plan, or dumps the money into their College plan if they already have one.

Someone on Facebook said around $1.5 billion in investments across the K12 and college 529 accounts, no idea how accurate that is.

I bet something like this happened. But Louisiana won’t compensate affected residents like Connecticut did:

“ Of the $1.4 million withdrawn, Nappier said $442,540 was recovered or stopped, and TFI said it will fully restore all affected accounts. Account holders will be provided with two years of identify fraud protection services, identity restoration services and $1 million in identity theft insurance coverage.”

What a shite show. I made a withdrawal request from 4 accounts (1 for each kid) to pay for all of their private school elementary tuition for the entire year… about 30k. I made the withdrawals the day before this mess started, about 2 weeks ago. Haven’t received the money or any responses to any emails. I’m starting to think they were hacked and the money is gone. Louisiana sucks at everything man. Regarding the “insured” and FDIC stuff, I found this website from last year. FYI, Louisiana isn’t on the list….

Sorry, forgot y’all got rid of Sharon Weston Broome earlier this year. The fact that she was mayor for 8 years and lost a runoff election says enough. Shitty liberal politics. Congrats on electing the 1st republican mayor since the year 2000.

I love LSU, but Baton Rouge is a crime ridden shite hole of a city with shitty politics and liberal mayor. Only time I go is to catch a live football or baseball game. I’ll happily root for the Tigahs from Laffy. It’s everything the Red Stick wishes it was.
