We need out of the 8-9 game. 7-10 or even better 6-11 would be a big help. If we could stumble to 11 or get up to 6 I like our Sweet 16 chances.

A lot of complaining about Nikki, but we have invested huge money in gymnastics and softball facilities/coaches. We have the best gymnastics and now the best softball facilities in the SEC & country. The SEC wins natty's in both sports, but we have not.

I don't mind supporting women's sports, but if we are giving resources to this extent, we should expect same results we ask from Paul, Ed, and the General.

That said, DD & Beth are two of my favorite LSU coaches and I am confident we can do it. But it won't happen until we raise our expectations.

This - why do we argue that our facilities are better than rest of SEC? Almost every SEC baseball team has facilities that equal what PM works with - before the new stadium we were falling behind on the field and off.

Our fan base is the best and local talent is off the charts.

What baseball coach could do better? Hinch or Carlos Beltran available and need jobs.

But the argument is on campus. Gymnastics has the best facility in the country, football has a top 5 set up, softball probably has the best. None are winning 11 of the last 30 titles in the league or 11 of the next 30.

WW has one of the worst and wins, but if you believe Alleva (or have ears), it comes with an *. PM is nationally respected, players generally act right, and program is clean as a whistle.

If we don't win something in 2020 or 2021 we can start a conversation, but before a 2020 pitch has been thrown is off base.

Do we have a coach we ask more of than Paul? Even Skip says everyone is investing in modern baseball and it's the sport with the most random post-season results.

I think Paul has won more titles in his time at LSU than the rest of the department COMBINED if you add divisions, overall league, tournaments and natty's.

I could see 4 conferences of 14 dropping out of NCAA and consolidating the football money over expansion. Drop the 9 Power 65 teams that don't have cache for TV $ or history.

Curtains for Kansas State, Iowa State, Kansas, Wake Forest, Mississippi State, Washington State, Oregon State, Boston College, and Ole Miss.

Form their own governing body and split ALL the money between those 56 schools.
