I'm not a local, but I was there for the N Texas game and watched it at King St - was a good time, but it's not what you're looking for. Pavilion Bar is a large rooftop hotel outdoor patio with a TV... nice, upscale feel and you might be able to order off the dinner menu from the restaurant down...
I've been told Dallas has the largest LSU Alumni Association outside of Louisiana (I would've guessed Houston). What bar / part of town? There are already several designated bars in DFW. ...
