Worth a crap in the BR area? Performance? Have to have separate streaming device (fire sick, etc) for it to work efficiently?

Bailing on YTTV. Thx!

I'm doing the free trial bc of the YTTV/ESPN mess - haven't used it a lot, but the image quality seems better to me

Callaway Edge set from Costco. Amazing value. Only like $500 bucks for full set of clubs - you’ll just need a bag.

Looks like he does lessons indoors with the simulator / launch monitor setup. Is that kind of setup good for beginner lessons vs hitting outside on grass? Or are lessons utilizing that kind of tech better suited for an experienced player that's trying to fine tune things?

Pretty sure the pros there use rooms with one side open where you hit onto the range. They have trackman setup with tvs so you can see replays with the pros’ diagrams/notes. It’s a great setup, especially if it’s raining or windy.

I had good results from the Rustoleum repair kit ( LINK), but mine was really a small chip rather than a "gouge"
Callaway Edge from Costco or callawaypreowned.com (they sell new sets of Edge as “used - excellent condition)

This is links golf. Weather is erratic and you’re truly at the mercy of it. Wind could blow 30, rain could be there all day, rain could be off and on all day, it could rain and the wind blow 20-30, or the weather could be perfect.

This. I've been out to Portrush several times over the years. When I played there a month ago, it was the first time ever that it didn't rain and the wind wasn't a big factor. The weather is rarely "good" in that area for long - I was shocked they had 2 "good" days in a row over the weekend.
“What can we give them that doesn’t mention me?

You weren’t mentioned in the grand jury testimony.

Release that.”

Calling some of you llemmings is giving you too much credit.

Isn't Trump giving Teachers *Not administrators a raise with the money they took away from the Dept. of Education? Pretty sure he said he was going to be sending the money to the States.

Pretty much this. Abolishing the Department of Education became a rally cry for many - but a primary objective of the Dept of Education was oversight of federal education money….so who is overseeing the money now and how is that better than the system that existed before? What happened to block grants to the states?

These are proposed negotiation concessions, not “frick it, trump proposed it for a peace settlement so let’s do it regardless of any agreement” proposals.

Seriously, some of you people need to shut the frick up before removing all doubt.

Now which group has ushered in more progress while at the helm?

I suppose it depends on how you define “progress.” Both parties claim to champion “the people” but meanwhile the middle class gets smaller and smaller. I suspect it’s because each side seems obsessed with beating the other side - which doesn’t necessarily benefit the general populace, only certain interests.
Intetesting. I think there’s also a converse reaction - non-intellectuals thinking they’re smarter than they really are. The internet has completely skewed reality.

I do love that the right suddenly 100% trusts the government.

Exactly. And for what? Doge can’t really effectuate much change, given that the expenditures it’s poking around make up about 5% of the total federal budget. It’s a dog and pony show.

You still have shite lifters. Ask me how I know.

I had a lifter go out at 3k miles on my 2021 sierra. Per dealership, there were 3 others in the shop at the same time for the same reason.
Sorry if I missed it, but do we know he was the one driving?

And people aren’t buying them because they want the capabilities of a truck. It’s pretty terrible at being anything other than a status symbol
Now it’s time to deliver - because talk is cheap

2020 Sierra 1500 STE, 5.3, 8 speed, 2wd, Convenience Package. Almost 90,000 miles. It's been a good truck, had the torque converter replaced under warranty.

2021 Sierra SLT 4wd - Just had my torque converter replaced at 48,000 miles. Going to trade it in shortly before my extended warranty expires.

Got tickets about 4 weeks ago for Wednesday & Thursday. I need to start the trip planning soon. I assume that they will provide some sort of shuttle to Portrush from Belfast.

I was at Portrush this summer - pack some warm clothes

That's pretty wild. I did some reading on it and it says it is one of the most powerful explosive materials used. 20 grams just isn't a whole lot and some of the footage I've seen were impressive explosions for something that size.

According to Wikipedia, only 340 grams of Semtex were used to bring down Pan Am 103 (a Boeing 747) over Lockerbie, Scotland. If so, it seems that 20 grams would be plenty to blow off a hand

Problem with Cub Cadet is you have to disengage blades to back up, my old craftsman cut both ways and lasted 12 years

My XT2 allows you to cut in reverse, just need to engage reverse cut mode by pushing a button - not a hassle at all.

Ps.. love my XT2. Had it for several years and still running strong with zero problems, just basic maintenance.
