Burnside, I remember watching him. We lived off of a road directly behind Northwest Rankin HS. My kids went there from elementary to high school. We were there from 87 to 96 where I was in a huge minority wearing my purple and gold.
I really enjoyed my time there but had to come home when I could.

Rumor had it at that time that he couldn't stand Nick Saban and how he was able to strongarm the Athletic Department and get everything he wanted at all of the others' expense.

Old Man, I'm sorry I'm just now seeing your post. I had TKR on February 5 for arthritis. I'm in week 18 and I'm now having a small amount of pain, most noticeably when I'm trying to sleep.
The flexion was the most painful, but I followed the rehab religiously and finally got to 130 on one occasion but stayed around 125.
We spent the next few weeks working on straightening out my leg. That took longer than anything else.
I'm much better today and I hope you get better soon. Please let me know if I can help, Chili Mac.

Holster Search for FN 510 MRD 10mm Semi-Automatic Pistol

Just purchased the above and now searching for a compatible holster. I'm too old for anything IWB but considering an OWB or maybe a chest rig. The MRD, as you might know, is a compact version of the FN 510 Tactical so a much smaller frame and the holsters may or may not be compatible.

Question for the OB. I've owned a 43X for a while and, early on, I converted to the Shield 15-round mags with the changing of the mag release. Since the new OEM Glock mags are metal, do you think I can simply leave the Shield mag release and not worry about changing it?

I recently purchased a piece of property with a small pond (app 3/4 acre) in MS. I have a grass problem around the pond and was told about purchasing 1-2 grass carp fish to help with the grass.
I have no experience with grass carp. I know I have to abide by the MS rules regarding Fish and Wildlife issues. Any feedback from H & G board will be helpful.

I'm interested in moving to a 10MM for home defense and occasional walk in the woods. I've held the S&W and the Glock 20 and they seem very big in my hands. I want to take a look at the FN 510 Tactical and maybe (?) the Sig X10. Not many gun stores have either to look at.
What are the OB's ideas and experience with either of these???
