Just fyi, Coppola and his wife, Eleanor, will still retain his Inglenook (formerly Rubicon) estate in Napa County and Domaine de Broglie winery in Oregon.

Coppola winery and the others pieces of the sale could net them as much as $1 billion. Crazy money in the wine & spirits business.
I add all ingredients at the beginning of the boil including 64oz Cajun Land spices and approximately 3-4ozs Zatarains liquid crab boil. In general, crawfish have a nice spicey taste but not overpowering. I normally soak my crawfish 30 minutes after killing the boil and cooling pot and boiling equipment to prevent excess cooking. As I've gotten older, I no longer strive to have the spiciest crawfish as I did in my younger age...

I've read so many debates about this but probably no significant difference in adding at the end of boil before soaking...

I would try adding additional liquid boil and see how that works...
Awesome for him and his family!

Baw made bank in 2019 & NFL career to date...

re: Cabo San Lucas

We been twice and enjoyed both trips.

Sept 2020 stayed at Westin Los Cabos Resort and beach is not swimmable. Facility was nice with a great infinity pool. We ate at several local restaurants - lunch at Jazmins Mexican, and Mariscadas Seafood and a dinner at Toro Guero Seafood. The food highlight of the trip was Flora Farms, the pork chop is the best I've ever had & the atmosphere (open air) is great.

The second time we went we wanted a swimmable beach so we stayed close to the Cabo Marina so the beach is protected waters. In Dec 2022, we stayed at Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa Cabo San Lucas. Enjoyed the pool when not using the beach and their service is outstanding. Hit Flora Farms again for the pork chop! Also ate at Pitahayas & El Pescador.

We Ubered to all our destinations and the fare were very cheap. We enjoyed visiting Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. Some nice Art Gallery's and shopping in San Jose del Cabo. The local food at some of the restaurants mentioned above was outstanding also.

The fishing is great so did a deep-sea fishing trip. We also did a 52-foot sailboat with snorkeling and lunch with alcohol included. We enjoyed both trips and hope to return in the future. Good luck!
Great time to be a Tiger fan...

re: Rome to Pompeii

We did the Rome to Pompeii on our own about 10 years ago on a family vacation. The high speed train from Rome to Naples then a local train to Pompeii. It's a short walk to the ruins entrance from the local Pompeii city station.

Seeing ruins was an excellent day trip. Enjoy!

A strong second for Flora Farms, the best pork chop I've ever eaten...we Ubered to /from with no issues

Some others that we enjoyed...

Jazmins Mexican, Pitahayas, El Pescador, Mariscadas Seafood, Toro Guero Seafood (Last 2 are locals but no issue Ubering to/from at night)

Good friend with a Condo in Cabo frequents the following establishments...Casa Dorada Resort, Giggle&Marlin, Senor Frogs, The Office on the Beach, Mango Deck, Dream Pride boat

I've always driven second hand Honda Accords and they are an outstanding value when you look at the longevity of driving it for 200k miles plus. I splurged around 50 and bought a new Acura TL and going on year 12 driving it.

A friend just bought the Honda HRV for his son graduating from college and I was surprised at the car/small SUV value for $25k.

Good luck!
