Can't wait to see what he runs at the LSU pro day. If he can run under 4.5 he'd be a no-brainer for the Saints. CB is one of the positions 40 time historic correlates with success. Anything higher than 4.5 and he's not a top 10 pick.

I'd take Bailey or Reese over Downs in a heartbeat, but Bain I'm less sure about.
I'd also struggle choosing between Styles and Downs. Styles is an exiting physical freak, but Downs fits a more obvious need. I'd be happy with either.

He basically gave up a 2nd and what we gave up for Vele.
He gave up a 1st and a 3rd, you stupid POS troll.

Sorry about the stupid troll thing. But you do suck.

If Bain is available would you take him over Downs?
This is the right question to ask. I'd take Bailey or Reese over Downs in a heartbeat, but Bain I'm less sure about. Drafting such an outlier in the top 10 is a gamble we don't have to take. I'll defer to Jeff Ireland and Brandon Staley - if they want Bain, I'm on board.

And count me as one that thinks AK plays a ton out of the slot this year.
Well, count me as one who thinks AK will be watching from the couch this year.

I agree with you though she isnt that hot.
This place is weird

He’s got average size and speed
Mansoor Delane is the same size as Derek Stingley who went #3. And why don't we wait on his 40 time before considering his speed average. Seemed plenty fast enough in college.

To think we will pick Love/ Mike Washington in the top 3 Rds after getting Etienne and still having Kamara is asinine.

If you’re thinking of a different guy. Malachi Lawrence plays defensive end and has both the measurables and the college production. He’d be a great second rounder, but I bet he goes late first early second.
OMG I was thinking of WR Malachi Fields.
Mansoor would be a good, safe pick. Best way to describe him is solid. The temptation, however, is to shoot for the moon with Styles, Love, or Downs - all of whom play lower valued positions. Honestly, the smart thing might be drafting a WR - the cap value of the WR position has gotten ridiculous and it is a need for the Saints, even with Olave.

Malachi Lawrence at 47. I’d prefer him
I passed on him. Everyone loved him at the Senior Bowl, but he ran a 4.61. Don't know what to think.
Decided to see who I could get if I traded for a 1st rounder next year with a bad team. 2027 is supposed to be one of the best draft classes in years. I think my 1st 4 picks contribute right away. Then some high RAS developmental prospects. Got the Titans 1st round pick in 2027, then traded back in to the 1st.

Mendoza - will be top pick
Bailey - gone by pick 5
Reese - gone by pick 5
Styles - dream pick
Delane - will probably be the pick
Love - hope the Commanders take him
Bain - dont like the short arms, but better than bad knee
Downs - knee scares me

If Styles makes it to us, I'm now less sure the Saints draft him after signing Ellis with Stutsman and Werner in the fold. Positional value may come in to play. The Saints only play 2 LB at a time.

Downs fills a more obvious need after losing Alontae, but he needs to test well at his pro day and have clean medicals. Positional value an issue here as well.

I have no idea what to think about Bain. I'll defer to the Saints eval. If Jeff Ireland finally goes away from his edge prototype, that means they think Bain is special and have plans on how to use him and I'd be all in. If they pass, I get it, he's an outlier.

After seeing the ridiculous contracts going to WR2 and WR3 caliber players the last week, I'm starting to think Carnell Tate makes more sense at 8. Especially if we 're about to pay Olave. Would be nice to have a stacked WR room for Shough the next 3-4 years without breaking the bank.

It is pretty good to have someone with you that can help ask questions you may forget to ask or remember what the dr says. I don't see the problem here...easier to bring her than have to ask a ton of questions if she doesn't go.
Shame you need help being an adult.

I'd say Kendre is the most likely RB to get traded now
My instinct is to say "traded for what?!" but we just got a pick swap for the worst punter in the league. Mickey apparently knows who the suckers are.
I'm reluctant to respond to another sad troll by OP (what must he be like in real life?) but the real answer has to do with the position. RB is so undervalued, it's now a bargain to overpay for top FA. We paid Travis Etienne less than Todd Gurley got 10 years ago when the cap nearly half what it is now.

It's a cheat code to pay a top RB free agent for less than you have pay a #3 WR. Compare the impact to your team! Look at the teams that have done this - off the top of my head there are the Eagles, 49ers, Chiefs. These are not dumb franchises. If you can't draft a star RB, "overpaying" for one is the smart move. It's still a bargain.

What happened to the Stutsman next man up hype
If Stutsman can't beat out perennial all-pro Pete Werner, there is nothing to hype. We'll see.
What's your preference? I like PFN except too many popup adds. Not going to pay for PFF. My favorite is still probably Mock Draft Hero which has no adds, clean interface, and like PFN lets you pick from several draft boards including PFF. Any others?

I think this is my favorite no-trades mock:

No Denzel, but looks good. Seems more action forcused than the movie.
