Great song. Love the Gourds
Do you suffer from some type of dementia or personality disorder? I have no clue who the hell Hugo is but I can guarantee you I'm not him/her.

Now, if you care to add something meaningful to the discussion then do so. Otherwise, frick off.
Hugo Stieglitz? Like from that Brad Pitt movie? Uh...no...?

Leave it to aggy to interject about their superiority when the topic doesn't even remote relate to them.

"Yeah, but, look at us! We're TOTALLY cooler than them. We've got the Dixie Chicken!"
Yes. I've read this board for the past month and you know what I've seen? More talk about Texas by aggy than previous months. Twitter is saturated with aggy children blabbering on about how their "rival" is going to demolish Texas. Texags can't go twenty minutes without a new thread about Texas. Surlyhorns is being infiltrated daily by aggy pretending to be LSU.

It's okay, guys. We get it. Y'all hate us cause you ain't us.

The feeling is not mutual.
To be fair, both AD's must agree on visitor ticket allotment and UT has a policy of always giving students and UT fans prime choice for seating. It's nothing against LSU and we absolutely expect to be treated the same by any team that we schedule a home and away with. Little brother aggy is just trying to act like we've somehow slighted visiting LSU fans in order to garner some type of "SEC teams unite in UT hatred" empathy. It's sad that they are 100x more invested in the Texas vs LSU matchup than they are with their own game against the defending national champions.

THAT is the epitome of little brother. Never change, ags.

Enjoy your time in ATX. Some of the best food, spirits and live music in the state. Hook 'em!
Burrow may have ran it but the rest of the team was built around an antiquated style of offense and it takes 11 players to run any offense effectively last time I checked.
So you think that returning starters that were recruited for an entirely different offensive scheme and have only one game within the new scheme under their belt is an advantage over a team with a 3rd year starting quarterback with all three years in the same scheme and all of the new starters were recruited specifically for that scheme? Not to mention your new scheme is literally what we face week in and week out in the Big 12 against the best teams to ever run it?

Is that really your argument?
That's absolutely true. Unfortunately, this is a regular season game and not a championship game. Trust me, I've seen Texas lose to teams with dynamite offenses and mediocre defenses while Texas had the better defense. If this thing becomes a shootout my money is on Texas since we're in our third year in the same system and LSU is in their first and will undoubtedly have growing pains and miscommunications.
Yep, I've heard of Joe. If you're putting your eggs in the Brady/Ensminger basket while discounting Herman, Beck and the literal dozens of analysts on staff at Texas then you are in for a rude awakening.
So you admit that Texas will have a home field advantage, a coaching advantage, an offensive advantage and a special teams advantage while LSU will enjoy a defensive advantage? Tell me how you can lose on 4 of the 5 most important aspects of a football game and still expect to win? Dominantly, no less.
I'll give you that. But I'll add this:

Coaching: Texas, by far

Offense: Texas, close

Defense: LSU, close

Special Teams: Texas, Dicker the Kicker and the Aussie punter
Yeah the Big 12 is weak. That must be why it's 10-0 in week 1 while the SEC is 9-5. Also, the Big 12 went 3-1 against the SEC last bowl season with our only loss being Oklahoma against Alabama. Just because you play in the SEC doesn't mean shite. You guys always go 4-4 or 3-5 in conference so keep riding on Alabama, Georgia and LSU's coattails little boy.
Experience always matters but where people are mistaking Texas is that all of these "inexperienced" guys that are starting for Texas now are not inexperienced. All of them have meaningful snaps under their belts against some very good teams. Yes, they are young but they are not inexperienced and they are very talented.

As I said, Texas and Miss. State are tied at 2-2 and Texas currently had a 1 game winning streak. I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself to make you understand that so here's all the proof you need. While you're there why don't you take a look at all of the other stats for either team and then maybe you'll know your place in life.
I believe it was 8 on defense and offense but I'd have to double check. I fail to understand how LSU returning all of it's horrible offensive line from last year is a plus but maybe you can enlighten me.
