It blows my mind that anyone could talk poorly of that man. He’s first class.

I remember meeting you in the jungle (what we call the free parking area). If I remember right there was a fight and the cops came. You and I started talking randomly and then we figured out who we both were on TD. Good times.
My neighbor was the same age as me and our front yards connected perfectly with no fences. So we could make a make shift field to play football, baseball, soccer, etc. We also each had our own basketball goals, so we'd play some at my house and some at theirs. All of our friends in the neighborhood were at our houses every day playing some type of sport. When we were thirsty, we drank out of our water hoses. When the street lights came on, it was time to go inside.
Boy this is a major issue I have with people these days. Look I hate holding the phone up to my ear as much as anyone else. However, if i'm in public or around anyone else, I have the freaking common courtesy to use my headphones.

Common places I see this:
- Grocery stores
- Gas stations
- Walmart/target
- Airports might be the worst of them (going through security and even on the plane)
- Office settings
- Dr Office
- Everywhere else pretty much

That and playing TicTok/FB videos on max volume without headphones.

I love my phone and admit being addicted to it like most people, but you won't catch me creating noise polution like an inconsiderate prick.

TLDR: Get off my lawn.

While we are on this topic, does anyone else have the problem where in app sounds keep coming back on? It's driving me nuts. I got to settings/media/in app sounds and it comes back on a few hours later.
My FIL taught me and my son how to do it a few years ago. Once you start learning it's hard to stop. Many have said it and it's true, it's just a series of steps (algorithm) that you need to remember in order. Once you can remember the steps, you can solve it no matter how much or little someone mixes it up.

Step 1: Make a daisy
This has to be up for a remake soon. Watched it a ton as a kid and always like it.
Something very similar happened to my late grandfather. Was told it was my cousin who lives many states away. My grandfather ended up sending 3 fedex packages containing cash each time. He was able to get one of them back. The other two had been rerouted by the scammer already and couldn't be retrieved. This works better on elderly people obviously. Sad world we live in.
I was there last night. It's a beautiful facility. Walk in the front door and ask the student at the front desk if you can walk around. They might let you play for a fee. Not sure. I know local rec tennis teams pay to have their matches there. Which is awesome because it's indoors!

Detectives believe the 35-year-old pedestrian ran into the middle lane of eastbound I-12 and stopped before being struck around 10:40 p.m.

the way i read it, sounds like suicide.

I saw a left leg and mangled torso.

I saw the same. Was a few minutes behind it when it happened. There was a truck off to the right that had spun in the grass and there was a car on the side of the road. Not sure which one hit the pedestrian. The image of that body is something I hope gets out of my mind soon.
Super Patio Sales on Greenwell Springs Rd

So you think LSU's accounting professors do the books for the athletic department?

LSU Accounting Grad here. I've hired many SLU accounting grads and have no complaints. So won't be knocking your school in that regard. Southern on the other hand can barely add two numbers together.

I would have said labs before, but I have to say our golden doodle is the best dog I've ever had. He's smart, playful, will stop playing when you say so, rings a damn bell to go outside, doesn't shed.

Never in my life would i have guessed i'd own a goldendoodle but here I am. Wanted a golden but didn't want to deal with the shedding like our shelty does.

Pros to owning a golden doodle:
- Doesn't shed
- Hypoalergenic
- Very smart
- Very easy to train
- Doesn't shed
- Loves the backyard and playing with balls
- Super sweet
- Did i mention doesn't shed? This can't be said enough.

Cons
- Needs to be brushed every couple days
- Needs to burn energy
Bought a new F150 last week. Got $3k off sticker. Wasn't difficult at all if you know what you want and who has it in stock.
