If there are 13 teams better than LSU then the SEC will get 14 teams into the tournament - the league is incredibly strong top to bottom
re: With this Army game this weekend, I can’t help but be reminded of Pepsodent Paul.

This is so true. I was born and raised in BR and have lived in many places across the country, currently sentenced to live in Birmingham, probably one of the most unfriendly cities on earth. BR tops them all. People are gracious, welcoming. For those who are critical of it, you do not know what you have.

re: Serious question about ‘Scone

Living in Birmingham is hard enough and Scone along with Hanny, Ott and Hunt help - there are times I am not crazy about the content or the commentary, but overall you get good info on the Tigers as well as the rest of the conference and top programs across the nation - in Bham its the gumps and awburn - for those of you that complain, you just do not know how great you have it.

re: Why didn't LSU greats like Brandon Larson, Eddy Furniss, etc. make more noise in MLB?

Last year at Hoover I was talking to a scout for the Cubs and said I had heard that the talent level on the field was AA level - his response was if it was that level each player on the field was major league material. He said it was very good for the college level but at best its rookie league.

Not being forced out by Saban. He is in or just finished a very messy divorce and has to move to Mississippi as a result.

An LSU great, Bob Petite, was very close to Russell and had him to his Moms house for dinner in Baton Rouge.
re: The Last Time LSU faced Chip Kelly

before the game the Oregon fans would do an "O" with their hands to you and say "fear the O". After the game I did the hand "O" to Oregon fans and say "O sXXt - here comes LSU"
re: Does the Board think we’ve earned a regional spot?

10th seed Bama has beaten #7 seed South Carolina and #2 seed Tennessee while we lost to Georgia. I think Bama has our bubble spot based on this.

Liberty Bank in NOLA is a Afro-American bank whose President spend a lot of time and money working with professional athletes on money management. He remarked that many did not see themselves a wealthy and had no clue as to how to manage their money. Former Saint Ricky Jackson who is not the sharpest tool in the shed, did exactly what Jim Finks (Saints GM) told him to do with is money and is doing well despite huge child support liabilities. Johnathon Vilma spent a lot of his time in the NFL working with players as well. He was an All-Academic ACC player from Miami with a degree in finance. You can lead a horse to water but cannot make him drink.

I am glad you are done because as Mark Twain once said

Lets see here - the virus started in China in December. The CCP (look it up as I doubt you know what that means) shut down China, but allowed its citizens to travel around the world spreading what they knew was a highly contagious virus world wide. Elite members of the CCP own much of the garment business in and around Milan, Italy with over 250k illegal Chinese immigrants living there. Many went home for the Chinese New Year and came back which is why that area was hit so hard. The CCP also shut down the selling of PPE to outside markets and increased the price when the pandemic hit. I could go on and on about the CCP/China, but someone with their head up their arse would not understand or believe it so why bother. Vote for the guy who plagiarized school papers, speeches, claimed he got a full ride to law school, but did not, claimed he graduated at the top of his law school class, but did not, claimed he had multiple college degrees, but he did not, who threatened the Ukraine with withholding much needed funds unless they fired a prosecutor who was investigating a corrupt oil company that his son had a board seat making $75k a month, bringing the same son on AF2 to China and the son brings home $1Billon in a private equity deal although the son had no investing experience. Please sir stay in Mississippi so that the average IQ of that state will remain substantially below the rest of America.
