Wrestling! Lots of growth at the NAIA level across the southeast. I hope that eventually spreads to the D1 level in the SEC.

I coach wrestling, and we just started implementing indoor cycling in to our workout routine. I use actual road bikes with Bluetooth indoor trainers from Cycleops. I downloaded an app called Rouvy and can create my own workouts. I attach an iPad to the front and my guys just worry about pedaling.
It is the single best conditioning workout I’ve ever seen. Not sure how it compares in price to a Peloton, but the trainers are around $600, and the bikes around $700-$800. I also like the ability to take the bikes out on the road for a change of scenery.
