There are a lot of ways Hoskins could have shut that board down. If he literally just pulled the plug in a hissy-fit meltdown, that's a serious dickhead move. Why not post a one-screen landing page just stating that the board is done? Every Gamecock fan is pissed obviously, but if you start up a board like that and keep it up and running for so many years, have some damn decency about your users if you are going to throw a tantrum and shut it down.

I've had issues with CT, their tinker-toys server and some of the bitchy mods over there, but objectively speaking, there was good information to be had about recruiting and other things. There are assholes on every board but CT had a few posters who could be counted on for knowledgeable or funny comments.

When things are going bad for the team, that is the best time to have a message board. Misery loves company and it helps to vent. I am happy to have this one to do just that.
