CEO just did an interview on basis points podcast, got me interested. I traded it on the recent run up, now it’s below 20 again I might get back in. Check out the YouTube video if you get the chance

Waymo white paper says vision only is way to go. They are working on their version of it and will implement it later. LiDAR is not the final answer. They will figure it out no doubt, problem for them is scaling versus Tesla. 2500 cars right now and maybe 5k next year is small potatoes for Tesla. They can make that in a few days whenever they are ready to go. I’m betting Tesla is the clear winner here with wayno having a 20 percent ish market share

We love kiffin already. we don’t give a fk about what happened at ole Miss, he brought you to the top be happy for that and move on. Whatever comes with him and LSU down the road so be it. For now we ride with the lane train and we shoot for a natty. Good luck to OM and pete, he seems like he could be a great one to me and the players this year I will be pulling for.

Tesla has 41b cash on hand ranking them around 22nd out of all companies with record free cash flow this past quarter. definitely a meme stock

Elon has mentioned that with lidar and cameras they can send mixed signals to the car, I trust their testing on that. I encourage everyone to YouTube their newest FSD version 14. Nobody is close to what they have going on. People will wake up when it’s everywhere and cheaper. Call me a fan boy, I’m just not asleep to what is going on. Their latest version is already 2-3x safer than humans drive, and mentioned in their earnings call yesterday their newest chip design will be 40x better than their current version.

Similiar situation to you, 230k combined income pre tax, 200k to put down including selling my house. I’m looking at the 650k range now. 2300-2500 sq ft range. I have time on my side right now as there is no real rush to get into the new crib. Going to try to save up extra for all the hidden costs before building. From what I’ve gathered so far 5 percent of home sale goes to realtors when you sell, 15k in interest alone while they pull money to build, another 25k closing cost on the new home. Give or take a few thousand here or there it all adds up.

Thanks for The replies. I do Have a retirement through work around 200k currently. I hesitated to fund an Ira strictly bc of the age limit to retrieve the money. But it has been a goal to start one. Emergency fund not the best but not the worst I’m closer to
